The staff was outstanding, everyone was polite and eager to help. I frequently enjoy great meals at the Bistro but the total package (Parc England and Bistro) provided memories for a life time. Thanks Fred and Mimi, everything was fabulous.

Outstanding oasis. The room was elegantly appointed and decorated. The service was very accommodating and we felt very welcomed by the staff and management. We are locals who spent our first married night together here, but we will definitely recommend the Parc England to out of towners who are looking for a place to stay in central Louisiana.

Awesome hotel, awesome staff! Fred the owner took great care in ensuring all my needs were taken care of during my 6 week stay down to the smallest detail in providing a deck of cards. Donald made sure I got where I needed to go. The office staff was stellar and the breakfast was the bomb with omlettes made to...

I stayed here because the hotel I normally stay at in Alexandria was booked. I didn't have high expectations after reading some of the reviews on here. I was pleasantly surprised! The check-in experience was quick and friendly, my room was nice and clean and the breakfast the next morning was great! I wanted to expand a bit on breakfast....

The hotel is very close to Alexandria Airport. However, you won't realize this by noise. Located in a former building of the officer's club of an Airforce base, the hotel appears like a typical Southern State villa. Old (refurbished) furniture in the rooms give a nice, "historical" ambience. Large rooms, clean and with all necessary facilities.

My husband and I had planned to stay at the Parc England for two days while visiting a relative. However, the two days turned into a month when my husband was hospitalized unexpectedly. After spending my days at the hospital, I returned to a hotel that was warm and welcoming. My room was spacious, clean and luxurious. I felt safe...

I have stayed in this hotel on pass business trips and its been ok but this pass trip shows that the hotel is not being kept up with. The staff has gone above and beyond each time and are always a pleasure, this makes it sad that the owner is not keeping up with the infrastructure. Outside my room was...

I was forced to stay at this hotel for two weeks. I checked in after midnight and the desk attendant was great. My hotel room on the other hand was terrible: no towels, the linen was dirty and what I can only assume where foe French doors had a split in the middle creating an air gap which allowed the...
