We knew the price was probably increased because it was parents weekend at the local college, but 270 dollars a night for this place is ridiculous! The friendly front desk clerk said our room was one of the newer renovated rooms. I would hate to see what the non renovated rooms looked like!! The sheets and towels were clean, but that was about it! The bathroom was gross, old moldly grout, cracked plaster around the soap dish,dirty floor, a pubic hair floating in the toilet!! The bedspread was stained. The room did have a working TV, working small refrigerator, and working coffee maker. 70 dollars a night is the MOST they should ever think of charging for this room!! There was a bus idling in the parking lot for hours.

Everday had to go to office & get key activated.NEVER cleaned the room while there 7 days. NO clean linen had to go ask at office.Trash was NEVER DUMPED. DIRTY TOILET THE WHOLE TIME. Family of 12 played outside our room til after 9pm. Went to leave 1 day & they had their belongings in front of our door going thur them, screaming at each other for over an hr. finally we got to leave & trash was ALL OVER THE GROUND IN front of our door & some guy looking creepy at us when we left for the day. Key pad was DUCK TAPED on the inside, chair arm kept falling off. NOT safe to stay there. Being handicapped I wasnt sure what was going to happen. Beds were so lumpy felt like springs were poking out. Sure not like described on any website. BE AWARE......I HAVE PICTURES. Tried to find a place closer to Portland BUT being holiday week PRICES were out of sight. DO NOT STAY HERE. I CAN NOT SAY ANYTHING GOOD ABOUT THIS PLACE. TOTALLY RUINED some of the trip One nite it sounded like a "hooker" was outside our door... REAL SCARY!!!
