Hotel rooms are very nice and clean. It was peaceful and pleasant. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room had a refrigerator and Keurig coffee maker.
A/C worked great. The pillows needed to be fluffier and did not have a hair dryer.

The room was clean, breakfast is just basic fruit, cereal breads to toast or donuts if you go for the continental breakfast which is around 7 dollars. Front desk people are nice and friendly. Only issue was housekeeping tried to come in while we were in room on the day of checkout and they tried to do this around 10ish and check out is 12pm

Staff extremely helpful and welcoming. Room was clean and everything in working order. It was extremely quiet and rested well. The equipment in their business center office all worked, even their printers, which was stocked with paper.
I believe breakfast was not included with the room reservation, which would make this a five star review. Outside of that, outstanding and will return.

The reason I am giving three starts is because I went to enjoy their Continental breakfast and out of some many options there were barely nothing I could eat. They had no gluten free or dairy free. I asked the person in charge of the food and her response was there is Cheerios but guess.. not dairy free milk so she expected and adult who is paying a lot of money to stay here to sit and enjoy a dry bowl of Cheerios. In today's time with some many allergies they should display the ingredients in their food as I was about to enjoy the scramble egg but decided to ask and they have dairy on it. So if you are planning on enjoying breakfast at the hotel you may as well bring your own food. The rooms were clean and the personnel friendly.

This is the letter that I sent to Kate Robichaud. Since you consider me rude, according to corporate. I thought I very reasonable. It is not my fault your hotel has such problems. Almost every time I have stayed there and issue has come up. Should I just not say anything? I stay there because of convenience. I had to come down to the front desk 8 times, including 4 a.m., twice because of the smoke in my room. I have asthma and get shots on a regular basis. My first day No hot water. The 4th and 5th day no water came out of the shower. Your maintenance man came to flush out my sink and it was completely brown water. Corporate said that I did not have military documentation, but I showed it at check in. My dad military discount is extended to me. He was a prisoner of war and lost his leg stepping on a mine. When booking on line the price was to be $534.10. I got a bill at 4am for $625. I went to the front desk to inquire about it but no one was there for over 5 minutes. I told a cleaning lady that I was waiting for someone and she said she would get someone. No one came, so I knocked on the door to the office without an answer. I had to leave because of my flight. When I talked to you in the hall the day before, you told me you were going to make an adjustment with the bookkeeper for my hassle. You said you would get back with me. It has been 3 days and have not heard from you. How do you think I feel being charged more than my reservation stated.I am also enclosing from your Hilton web benefits that the 5th night is free. You stated that it is only for using with points. It has been 2 weeks+ and still no Apologies. I have video of no water coming out of the show 2 days in a row. Wow!!!!!

One of the nicer places in the Lewiston/Auburn area. But in reality is a modest property that has seen a bit of age. Next to the river walk walking trail.
Came to the area for a college parent's weekend and felt gouged by the price. Nearly $400 a night for an okay experience.
Booked a King room for two nights and then upgraded to a room with two double beds via the Hilton app for an extra fee so our daughter could join us. However, when we arrived, the room we requested via the app wasn't ready.
The person at the counter was very nice and gave us a large room that had 1 double bed, a kitchenette, and a rollaway. But I don't think the room had been rented in a while. It was dark, a little dusty, and there were two large spiders on the interior of the windows. Also, we found a couple of large hairs on the couch cushions. We ended up getting a blowup mattress so my daughter didn't have to deal with the hair. If it had been a budget place, I wouldn't have been surprised, but for the price, I was disappointed.

Not to Hilton standards. Staff not very friendly when I arrived asked front desk clerk if there was anywhere for lunch and where parking was she rolled eyes and pointed outside and mumbled name of a restaurant the guy behind me told and gave me directions to couple places. went to room 6th floor beautiful waterfall outside with a riverwalk. went to the riverwalk and low income apartment next door. breakfast was sit down expensive for what you received but hostess and waitress were awesome, maybe they can train front desk. my wife and I were in and out many times and little to no smiles or have a good day. The room is adequate but not what you expect from a Hilton . The hotel is in a very run down area and not worth the $200 plus per night. It wasnt horrible but was by far the worse Hilton property I ever stayed at.

One of the worst HGIs out there.
The hotel is dirty and dilapidated. We showed up late at night and the linens in both beds smelled heavily of a vomit-body odor combination. We ended up just dealing with it as we were just too tired to deal with the very rude night clerk.
Parking is a challenge here. There are not enough spaces and it is tricky to find a place. The lot is shared with a number of neighboring buildings, including a public housing project and a courthouse; some rows are okay and others get you immediately towed, with no rhyme or reason. There are also broken gate machines stuck in the down position randomly in the lot which means many cars are backing up.
There were a lot of random people wandering around in the dimly lit parking lot, and a lot of broken glass. Remember to take everything out of your car lest you invite a break in.
The staff are just phenomenally rude. Don’t expect a free breakfast even if your rewards status entitles you to it; the front desk clerk will gleefully (and I mean gleefully!) explain to your group seated at the breakfast table why he is denying it.
On the plus side, it was cheap.

I’m a local, and checked in to this hotel for business purposes. After hearing people rave about the Inn, I guess I expected more. During check in, there was an issue with my ID (rectified), and while I understand the issue, the receptionist was very abrupt and flat about the problem. She clearly had the “it’s your problem not mine” attitude. I will say that later on in the stay, she was more pleasant and helpful, but could probably use some training on how to be customer facing. Additionally, the room was really dark. There wasn’t a lot of quality lighting even in the bathroom. The room was pretty clean, but I have allergies and every time the heater snapped on, the allergies kicked in to the point I thought I was going to have to leave. Something to take note of: the hotel description specifically states that the showered are scald proof. This is definitely not the case. I was happy to have hot water, but it’s odd they specifically advertised scald proof, when it was definitely the hottest tap water I’ve ever seen. The coffee in the room is horrible, and an upgrade to a name brand will cost you $2.00 a cup from the pantry area. The beds weren’t super comfortable, unless you prefer firm. (Pillows and sheets were pretty awesome though). A plus is that the hotel was pretty quiet. A 2 a.m train with whistle blaring was a little annoying, but couldn’t be helped. My downfall might be that I was expecting more. Especially since the price of a room can climb to over 200$ a night.

Was in room 601 this past weekend and had mold around the tub. Staff was overwhelmed at check and gave our room to another guest who walked in while we were there thank goodness and no explanation as to why it happened. Cleaning staff did not wear masks while on the floors. For 300+ a night I would have expected more.

Dear SBR2429, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback about your guestroom and stay with us. Our team works very hard to provide a great experience for all of our guests and I’m saddened to read we did not meet nor exceed your expectations. I'm sorry to hear that you did not enjoy our hotel and reading your review was saddening. Like many businesses over the past year and a half; we’ve brought on many new team members and continue to work on trainings and our bright hearted hospitality. We continue to find the demand for travel has increased and we are all doing our best to provide warm, friendly and comfortable accommodations to any travelers to the Lewiston Auburn area. We look forward to having another chance the next time you stay with us when you are in town. We are proud to host many wonderful guests throughout the year and work hard to provide safe, clean, and comfortable accommodations. If there is anything that we can do for you, please do not hesitate to reach out to myself or our hotel’s general manager. Yours in hospitality, Matthew Shaw Director of Sales & Marketing

Yes, we have laundry rooms on the 2nd and 5th floors of the hotel! Please let us know if you have further questions and we hope to see you soon!

Yes, you can have a package delivered and there is no cost for guests.
Sorry we do not allow dogs
We ate in the hotel restaurant and enjoyed it very much. Check the daily specials.
The best rooms would be the river view, BUT only if the balloons go that way. The very best view would go to the bridge between Auburn/Lewiston and/or go to the grounds where they are launched.
