I have never been to a Homewood Suites before but I decided to try it because it was significantly less expensive than the Hampton Inn across the street. There was a full kitchen and living room; it was very spacious! There was an evening soup and wine event that we didn’t attend but it was a nice option. There was a fire pit and a pool. Nice perks. My only issue is that it’s next to the highway so you can hear traffic.

My sister and I checked in to (and immediately out of) two other less expensive hotels in the Augusta area before happily checking in here. Folks, you get what you pay for. We regret not making our reservations here in the first place and skipping all the nonsense.

Front desk was welcoming and quickly checked us (and my sisters small dog) in. They provided us complimentary water bottles upon arrival which was a nice touch. Our room was so clean, updated, smelled good, and the bed was so comfy! Climate control was quiet and efficiently cooled the room down. Fridge and freezer were immaculately clean, and there were clean plates and glasses as well. We didn't make use of the pool but I peeked in and it looked really nice; I only wish I'd brought my swim suit!

From now on, whenever we visit our family in the area, we're booking the Homewood Suites secure in the knowledge that our stay will be comfortable and relaxing.

Large, open breakfast area with hot options is very nice. An outdoor area for evening gatherings around the bonfire.
The rooms themselves are very spacious and current. Nice layout with kitchen, living room, bedroom and bathroom. Right off the highway so very convenient but also very quiet. Staff, especially front desk, was very helpful. When we were there, they were offering limited room cleaning so we could easily trade out for clean towels each day. Would stay there again.

Tabatha provided exceptional customer service! When I arrived, I went to my assigned room but the door was cracked and smell of fresh paint. Tabatha happened to be on the floor assisting another customer and before I arrived at the front desk the attention was already aware because Tabatha contacted her before I arrived to change my room. This hotel is very clean and carpet is new! They offer an Evening Social from 6-7:30p and it’s free!!!
I definitely recommend staying here!!!

This was not my first time at this hotel, and my previous experience was great, but this time was less than stellar. While the hotel is well situated and had lovely common areas, the room we were given, quite frankly, should not have been rented out. Although it was clean, it was in serious need of repair. For example, one of the kitchen cabinets looked like it had been ripped off its hinges and no one bothered to replace it. The barn door to the sink area of the bathroom looked like it was about to fall off its rails and was very difficult to close. The most troubling was that the deadbolt didn't work. We slept with a door pushed against the door.

I reported these things to the lady at the front desk upon checkout -even showed her photos, and she took notes and said it would be fixed, but offered no discount. She said I should have reported it the day before to be moved rooms, but we arrived late, were tired, and I had checked and knew there were no more rooms with 2 beds available that evening. I didn't argue with her, but if management thinks charging over $200 nightly for a room in this condition is acceptable, I will be looking at other hotel options in future.

Absolutely horrible road noise from the highway running in front of the hotel. We went to the front desk shortly after check-in, when it became apparent the racket would pose an issue, but were told the hotel was sold out and we could not be moved. Which we seriously doubt, given the number of dark windows and half empty parking lot, both that night and the next morning. A manager did call us the next day, after checkout, but offered nothing in compensation beyond saying he was sorry. Breakfast was OK, room was OK, but $250/night for a room where neither my husband nor I got a wink of sleep was ridiculous. I would NOT stay here unless they will guarantee you a room on the back of the hotel, facing away from Highway 202.

Stayed in a king suite at this hotel in Sept with my family and our dog. Unfortunately we arrived late at check in, and the room we were given was dirty. Whomever'cleaned' that room did a half-@$$ job. The kitchen was gross, cabinets had splatters of food on them, the sink was dirty, dishwasher still had dishes in it and there were crumbs on the floors (my dog was their vacuum). I also found a wrapper and potato chip under the bedrooms night stand. My children found an action figure inside the pullout bed.
I went to the front desk to inform the guy on duty, he half heatedly apologized and there wasn't another suite available. He offered a much smaller room, but I wasn't downgrading. So we rcvd addtl sheets/pillows and stayed in the room. I requested a deep cleaning the next day. They supposedly cleaned the roo. But it didn't look much better. Cabinets were still nasty and dishwasher was full. When we left, I told the manager about the lack of cleanliness. She was apologetic and credited the pet free to try to make up for it. That was fine and a nice gesture but in these times of COVID-19, I would expect the hotel to be spotless, disinfected, etc.
The cleaning person that worked on my room needs to go or be reprimanded and the hotel/Hilton needs to take the cleanliness of their establishment seriously. Very disappointing!

The hotel was exceptionally clean!! The suite was wonderful, a kitchen, sitting area, bed and the bathroom was very modern and clean. The kitchen had a full size refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and a set of dishes and utensils. Each morning they provided a fresh hot breakfast with a different selection of items each day. On the evening I arrived the hotel hosted a cookout, which was nice. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

This was a rare trip as a girls night with my 77 year old Mother, sister and daughter was planned for a getaway. For we never have rented a suite and wanted to plan a first time trip together where we could enjoy the pool and do some shopping. For the price per night we thought we would have a non smelling room with a clean room instead we got a room with foot odor and stained linens and blood stained pillows- when addressed with staff was told yeah they are all like that and waiting on new linens. Linens and pillows should not be like that when renting a expensive suite. Oh and a pool should not have algae and floating hairs in the pool. Let alone finding food on the floor of the pool room and dirty towels that sat over night. Staff never followed through of calling me back after consulting with management- guess the complaint was just pushed to the side.

This is a really nice pet friendly hotel. We were surprised to see a baby goat.
Breakfast wasn’t too bad and little did we know til we were on our last few days stay that they also served supper!
Room was very nice although our garbage disposal didn’t work and there was not enough silverware.
Shower was great! Toilet had issues in flushing.
Ac was great tho a little noisy.
One thing about Hilton was that they raise their rates and points required to stay free according to the season and events. Also can’t just change the dates of your reservation. You have to cancel and rebook and when we did that, they doubled the rate! :( so we had to get a different hotel instead. This is a Hilton wide issue.
Staff at this hotel were all super nice and accommodating.
