Had an amazing stay this past weekend! The accommodations were fantastic. It's been quite a while since my last stay and this time didn't disappoint. The room on the third floor was perfect. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The hot breakfast was very good. And there was a musician there on Saturday night along with the wine bar. I'd stay there again next time in the area!

Employees are very friendly and Thomas made us very welcomed as soon as we walked in the door. Even though he was very busy when we arrived, he took a moment to direct us to coffee, restrooms if needed and a comfortable sitting area and said it will just be a few minutes and he can check us in. We got very good directions and recommendations for dinner. The rooms are also very comfortable and the lobby and sitting are is very impressive. The full breakfast was very good. Highly recommend this location.

Good value for the money. Close to the highway for easy on/off. Free parking. Free WiFi. Free breakfast. Clean, pretty quiet rooms. A little dated but for the price it works. Comfortable bed. Super hot shower. Water filtration system is great. Filters out most chemicals. There is even a filter on the water in the sink so you can actually drink the water. Walking distance to a couple of restaurants and grocery store where you can also get food from the food bar. Front desk staff is awesome! Very friendly and accommodating. Shopping area less than three miles away in case you need something or want to get out.
The only thing that would have made us happier would have been a bigger TV but like I said for the price it’s a good deal.

I know the first thing some folks will say is it’s a Choice Hotel property and it’s a lower quality Quality Inn to boot. How good can it be? This hotel will change your mind. It’s clean. The staff extremely friendly. The rooms comfortable. The room we stayed had an air purifier and water filter. The breakfast had everything you want from fresh fruit, eggs, breads, juices, coffee and tea and pastries to waffles. You will find out like I did that this hotel surpasses all the other hotels and that includes Marriott, Hilton and Best Western and I’ve stayed at all of them. The rates are very competitive but for this stay I used points instead of cash. You won’t be disappointed.

A bit pricey but very comfortable, clean, quiet, friendly staff. Right on their game. Shower was great. Only thing I suggest is bring your own hair care products. The tiny bottles they give you don't pour out easily.

This hotel is a beautiful place to stay! The music they had playing in the background in the lobby and breakfast room was so relaxing! The hotel itself is so nice and has beautiful art by local artists lining the walls. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was great and the coffee bar had delicious coffee! My grandson left his EarPod and phone cords behind and the staff called within a few minutes of our leaving to tell us they had found them in our room. They said they wanted to call right away so we didn’t get too far away. I would highly recommend this hotel and hope to come back if we are up this way again!

This hotel makes others pale in comparison. From the minute we made our reservation, we knew we'd made the right choice. We received a couple of emails in advance of our stay offering local information and setting us up for a successful stay that FAR exceed the canned emails form other chains. Check-in was seamless and the staff was welcoming, friendly and attentive. When we got to our room we were thrilled with the pleasant surroundings. As we tucked in for the night, we reveled in the dreamy-soft sheets! The hotel is adorned with art from local artists that show off the state and the surprising talent it boasts. Our biggest regret was that we only had one night for our stay. I can't imagine staying anywhere else.

Maine Evergreen was the perfect choice! Great room, nice location and unbelievable caring staff! They arranged a 3:30am breakfast for Ironman racers and it couldn’t be more thoughtful and kind! It was very much appreciated by all of us! Food was very good although the menu is a bit short in options. Still, worthy staying there!

After driving for seven hours and looking for a hotel in Augusta, to no avail, we decided to stay at the Quality Inn and Suites. Thomas, Front Desk Receptionist, was a pleasant and personable individual. He was kind, friendly, efficient, and displayed empathy to us. He performed as though he knew the guests are traveling for a long distance and realizes that the guest just want somebody to understand them and their immediate needs, a room. The next morning Ariana was the desk clerk. She was efficient and friendly. She evaluated what was needed and acted upon the task. The breakfast employee was very friendly and accommodating. She filled the items, as needed, and kept the breakfast area clean.
The rooms were comfortable. The premises were very clean. The facility was well maintained. The hotel has an Executive Floor with more amenities and more upscale, at a higher rate. The standard rooms were nicely decorated and suitable for an overnight stay.
The Quality Inn and Suites is located on the west side of I-95, Maine Turnpike, at exit 109, Route 202. Proceed to Route 202 West, at the end of the exit. Turn left and go over the interstate and make a quick left onto Whitten Road. Drive about a half mile and the hotel is on the left.

Sorry it's taken so long to respond! We did not see the message until now. The box is our Evergreen Air Purifier, part of our Evergreen amenity package, that virtually eliminates airborne allegens, dust, and odors.
I believe so as we didn't arrive until late at night. It was about 10pm. They are very accommodating so I would think if you wanted a later arrival it wouldn't be a problem.
No, our pool is a seasonal heated outdoor pool and opens toward the end of May and we do not have a hot tub. Thank you for your inquiry! Our property can best be explored at our online web presence, augustaqualityinn. We hope to be of service to you!

Unfortunately, we are not able to take pets (and if you could let me know which booking website you are seeing us listed as pet-friendly on so that we can have the listing corrected, that would be great). However, both the Best Western Plus Civic Center and the Comfort Inn Civic Center (both on the north side of Augusta off Exit 112 on I-95) have pet friendly rooms.
