My wife and I had a wonderful stay at this bed and breakfast. The hosts, Rick and Beth, were so nice and accomodating. They welcomed us upon arrival and upgraded our room to their back suite at no extra charge. The room was large, with a king size bed, and we had access to a mini refrigerator, tv and spacious...

We stayed at 30 Maryland at the beginning of December for a little weekend vacation and LOVED it! The new owners were so accomodating, helpful and friendly - and made delicious breakfasts to boot. The building is beautiful and you can't ask for a better location. Just a few steps from the Naval Academy and downtown, we easily toured and...

Everything about the Inn at 30 Maryland is wonderful! Elegant, yet comfortable, spacious rooms welcome you after a day spent roaming historic Annapolis. It is a very convenient location for those visiting the Naval Academy. Beth is a thoughtful Innkeeper and takes a genuine interest in the needs of her guests. She prepares marvelous breakfasts and also provides a variety...

Beth is the most thoughtful and gracious innkeeper. The layout of the rooms and open guest areas is splendid. I've stayed at B&Bs in the historic area before and this is far and away the best location. Steps away from everything yet just enough away from the 'tourist' noise.

We have stayed at many B&B's and we will be sure to return to the Inn at 30 Maryland again! The new management was extremely professional with a nice, personal touch. In addition the location was perfect. It was an easy, scenic walk to the harbor, which we enjoyed after our delicious breakfast. On this getaway, we brought our children...

Beware, there is new management at 30 Maryland and it is inept! This had previously been my favorite Inn anywhere under the excellent management of Robert Dunn. The new management is clueless. The Innkeeper locked me out of the inn and went to bed. (I had my keys, but the lock used cannot be opened by a guest key.) I...

This was a very unfortunate and awkward situation with the front door which has been fixed so as to never occur again; and with our wireless phone company which also has been rectified. We fully understand the discomfort, frustration, and inconvenience this guest experienced. A sincere apology was made, he was not charged, and was made a considerably generous offer...
