The Annapolis Inn has the greatest location there is, with a 1 minute walk to the Naval Academy and a 2 minute walk to the downtown waterfront. A beautiful and historic property with an amazing history, be sure to learn about it from the fantastic hosts, Alex and Joe. My wife and I felt like Royalty having booked the Murray Suite that is huge, with it's own living room, spacious bedroom, large full bath with double sinks, separate tub and shower and even a bidet! Breakfasts were delightful and delicious. Alex and Joe are extremely knowledgeable about where to eat that fits your food preference and budget, as well as what not to miss in Annapolis. My wife and I enjoyed going to see "Formation" at the Naval Academy as suggested by Alex, and what a great experience that was (but you have to get there by noon, as it takes place Mon-Fri when the cadets are at the Academy). Thanks Alex and Joe for a memorable and enjoyable stay! We will book with you again, next trip to Annapolis :)…
Awesome and Friendly Experience as par of 3 Room Bed & Breakfast. We were greeted by Alex and joe at the front door to be introduced to this wonderful house. Fully furnished with great style and very comfortable. We were given our room key and shown to our 3rd floor room. A wonderful room and bath. Very comfortable conditions for our stay. The Breakfast in the morning mostly prepared by Alex was very good - A great way to start your day. The morning table conversation with them helps you prepare for the day's event. They are very knowledgeable about the town. We really enjoyed our stay. This is a great couple's retreat for the weekend.
I wanted a getaway relaxing trip for my girlfriend and I in Annapolis and what we got was above and beyond expectations. The Annapolis Inn is immaculate, taking you on a trip through time to historic Annapolis while providing modern accommodations. The owners Alex and Joe are masters in hosting as they make you feel truly at home in their Bed and Breakfast Inn. They could not have been more kind, helpful or friendly throughout our stay. If you want travel information about anything in the city or just a funny story they are there for you. Absolutely recommend a stay at The Annapolis Inn. We will be back!
Annapolis Inn is better described as Alex and Joe’s home, which they graciously allow visitors to Annapolis access as a beautiful place to stay. Alex and Joe admit to being stewards of the historical home but are actually preservationists of a bygone era. Annapolis Inn is an exceptionally immaculate, perfectly provisioned, conveniently located accommodation. Breakfast is delicious. I loved that the table was set with China, crystal and silver, as it should be. Our bedroom was cozy, quiet and very comfortable. I am wanting to find what brand pillows they provide! I’ve stayed in some of the world’s finest hotels and Annapolis Inn is as classy as they come. The atmosphere is formal so bring your best manners. The history of the home is as glorious as the antiques filling the rooms. Alex and Joe are entertaining hosts who go above and beyond to accommodate their guests. On rare occasion, you find accommodation hosts who not only provide for you but also care for you. We were well cared for at Annapolis Inn. Bravo! Dr. Bruce and Susan.…
We just returned from three nights at the Annapolis Inn. We're seasoned travelers and try to stay in B&Bs and character-filled inns wherever we go. The Annapolis Inn checks all the boxes. It's a grand home, well-located and decorated beautifully (BEAUTIFULLY). As lovely as the photos are, they do not do this inn justice. It is impeccably maintained. Everything is immaculate and it all works. The Inn is also very private because there are not a multitude of rooms. At most there will be few guests staying besides yourselves, so it feels like a home, not a hotel. It's intimate. The inn keepers, Alex and Joe are wonderful people. Alex' food is delicious. He is a well-trained and accomplished chef, and some of the best meals in town are the breakfasts at the inn. Interaction between guests and hosts is encouraged, and Joe and Alex are very accessible. They can advise guests on places to visit and dine, and are also generous with their time, conversing with guests and treating all like family. In a day when impersonal AirBNBs are the rage, it's nice to be treated like family when you arrive, while you stay and when you leave. We hugged our innkeepers goodbye when we left. This was the type of experience we had!…
