My husband and I flew in at the last minute to visit our son who was in town, on vacation, for just a few days. Based on the rave reviews right here on Trip Advisor, I called hostess / owner Charlotte to check on availability and had a delightful conversation, booking the one and only room left, on the third...

As you know, we really enjoyed getting to know you and meeting your son while he was stateside for a visit. Always great to have folks from northern Florida for Bill to reminisce about the area around Jax and how it has grown.

Just returned from a visit to Annapolis and a stay at The Flag House. What a great time. Charlotte and Bill were very friendly and accommodating, and our room(Far East) was very comfortable. The B&B is centrally located and you can easily walk to everything. Breakfast was wonderful. Charlotte makes the best French toast. I would highly recommend a stay...

My son and I stayed with Bill and Charlotte at the Flag House Inn to visit the Naval Academy (which is literally across the street). You are also right in the center of historic Annapolis to enjoy all this beautiful town has to offer within easy walking distance. The inn is lovely and inviting. Breakfasts are delicious with lots of...

One can never start too early planning for admission to USNA especially when it has been a dream for a long time as for your son. We were happy to share some of our knowledge of life at USNA with you and hope that his dream comes true as he progresses through high school toward his goal of entering the...

The Flag House Inn is charming and beautifully decorated. Our room (The Sailing Room) was extremely clean, quiet and had very comfortable beds. It was perfect for us! Bill and Charlotte were wonderful hosts! They were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. We arrived early, and they let us park our car at the Inn, which was such a big help....

Having mother-daughter getaway guests is such a treat for us. You joy of meeting here to have some quality time away from your respective homes enriches your and our lives, too. I am so happy you both had a great weekend here together and would welcome you back anytime.

My boyfriend and I were looking to plan a relaxing getaway close to DC. After choosing Annapolis and searching high and low for a great place to stay we chose the Flag House Inn and I couldn't be happier with our choice! So happy you had a great time in Annapolis and that we were able to be a small part of your experience. We love sharing our knowledge of the area whether it be where to eat, where to get on a boat ride, or the latest discussion around the breakfast tables in the morning. A joy for us and happily...

My wife and I spent a relaxing couple of nights in this very pleasant inn that is situated so conveniently between the Academy entrance and the downtown business district. Everything in the historic area was within easy strolling distance. We never used our car after we arrived until we left. The building has an appropriately historic feel and charm both...

Thanks for your most comprehensive review. It will help other potential guests know a great deal about our B&B from the guest point of view - which is what counts. We have tried to make our rooms as comfortable as possible in the limited space that an 1875 house offers for 21st century living. Enjoy your soothing sound machine to...

A great little place to stay in very easy walking distance of the main town centre and literally across the road from the Naval Academy. The rooms are clean, spacious, quiet and above all cool (it was scorching while we were there). Breakfast was excellent and the advantage of onsite parking cannot be overlooked. I would certainly recommend!

Having guests from the UK is always a treat for us as we spend 2 1/2 years there in our earlier married years. We think of it as our second home but we so pleased to share our current home with you.
