I had a lovely stay with very friendly staff in top-notch accommodations. Not every room has a bathtub so you must request one. They also seem to be discouraging room service since there is no menu in the room. That said, you can call Samuel's Restaurant to inquire about menu items for room delivery. I will return.

This small hotel in a small New England town epitomizes what lodging should be. Attentive staff, convenient location, superb rooms & pleasant surroundings AND excellent restaurant/bar. Although old, it is fully modernized, complete with tech items.

This is the recommend hotel for anyone who has to visit Phillips Andover due to from the 10 steps you are in there already. I stayed at the Queen Suite, it is more space and good facilities in the room. If you take the breakfast here, I recommend the a' la carte breakfast is better than the buffet in which...

The Andover Inn is a beautiful colonial inn in Andover, MA. The historical property is extremely well maintained and the staff is excellent. The inn is extremely clean, the service is excellent, and beds are very comfortable. Securing a reservation at the Andover Inn can be difficult because it is everyone's favorite place to stay. No hotel is the area...

The staff were friendly and helpful during our entire stay. Tthey offer late check in which was a huge help since we were coming from a conference. The room was beautiful with a very clean aesthetic. It also had one of the nicest and most spacious bathrooms I've ever seen in a hotel, it was more comparable to what you'd...

I've stay at the Andover Inn three times a year for work. I was surprised by how beautifully the inn integrates qualities of a traditional inn with modern touches. The rooms are beautifully appointed with Keurig coffee makers, great beds, beautiful lamps. All of the rooms look out over the campus so there isn't a room with a bad view....

My family needed an overnight stay from a late train arrival in Boston and chose Andover not really knowing what to expect. We were happy to find this charming much needed sanctuary after having to survive the streets of Boston😖. We had a relaxing late dinner in the library feel Restuarant, Samuels. The food was great and the service impeccable....

When my husband and I visit the area to see my mother, we stay at the Inn. Quiet, easy drive down Main Street to my hometown of Reading. The rooms are spotless, nice white duvet covers. Big bathroom with walk in shower. Free coffee to take in the lobby to our car if we choose not to eat in Samuels...

We stayed here for one night following a family reunion nearby. We stayed in the Cochran Suite. Beautiful and perhaps newly renovated with a kitchenette, dining table and fireplace. We got a bottle of wine from the bar and the bartender brought it to our room. A Quiet and peaceful setting on the school's campus. Lovely breakfast the next morning....
