We stayed slightly of-season and had been up-graded into a very nice room to the right of the front door. Wonderful king four-poster, nice full bath in former parlor of the old house. No inn-keeper no problem as we liked the independence. Staff there for nice continental breakfast with fresh-baked goodies. Enjoyed one of the few first floor rooms. Found... More

We stayed at the Pineapple Inn for 5 nights. Pluses-- easy walking distance to all downtown attractions and harbor, decent size room on 2nd floor, nice bathroom and good bed. They need to place the TV above non-working fireplace so you can see it clearly from bed. Breakfast was nice and included all cold foods. It would have been nice... More

We stayed last year at The Pineapple Inn and were very pleased,so we reserved again for this year. We were put into a different property and location, on Fair Street, at the suggestion of the hotel , who said they had multiple properties. The room was shabby and run down. The bathroom minuscule, with poor lighting. One window was lacking a... More

My mom and I stayed here for one night and just loved it. Our room was on the bottom floor, and we felt like we had a lot of privacy. We even had our own private patio! The room was small but the bathroom was big and there was a closet so you didn't feel crammed. They have a cute... More

This was a wonderful place, very quiet and clean. I was able to walk to downtown , only about 1/4 mile to the businesses. They had a continental breakfast with fruit, cereal, and yogurt and muffins. The only thing that I would suggest is getting a room on the first or 2nd floor if you have any knee or hip... More

Our stay at the Pineapple Inn was part of our annual bicycling trip which included Martha's Vineyard, Nantucket and part of the Cape mainland. We arrived in a rainstorm in the evening and had a bit of difficulty finding the Inn, as it was several blocks from the ferry dock. Once arrived, the Innkeeper was helpful in putting our drenched... Disappointing stay. Location is great but staff is unresponsive and unavailable. Breakfast was disappointing. Room was too expensive for what we got. Things that were broken were not fixed. Building is old and in need of repair/updating. Would not recommend staying there and we definitely will not return.

I stayed here with my mom and a close friend of hers. It was a last minute trip and was one of the few inns available. We had booked a room with a queen bed and pull out couch, however, we did not receive that. We got a king size bed instead (which ended up being fine) we all slept... More

We were very disappointed with our stay at this over-priced tired B&B. There was no concierge our first three days and only two on staff to managed 10 rooms, so nothing got fixed. Our bed sagged; lighting was poor; the bathroom door squeaked, waking us at night; the bathroom sink stopper didn't work. The location was excellent though and the... More
