We recently had the great pleasure of staying at the Sherburne Inn. We loved it and would recommend it highly to anyone who is visiting Nantucket. The Inn is absolutely charming. It is well located and immaclulate. We loved our room. The owner could not have been nicer and we so enjoyed our Continental breakfast and the wonderful coffee that...

Very clean nice facility. But small rooms and it's really not a "Bed and Breakfast" but more of a "Bed" only... the "breakfast" is what you used to get on an airplane.. small roll and a grape or two. Good location.. and very clean. But, bring your own breakfast.

It is a strange phenomenon that most Nantucket B&B’s/Inn’s are only permitted to serve a continental breakfast to their guests while those who have stayed at other B&B’s/Inn’s off-Island are most likely treated to a delicious fully cooked breakfast. I’m not sure why Nantucket has decided to permit only continental breakfasts (i.e.fresh fruit, baked goods, juice, yogurt, tea and coffee)...

Pure perfection. This was a "trip of a life time". The Inn was our special place to set up "home base" while exploring the island This adventure to Nantucket was on Barbara's bucket list including deep sea fishing. Thanks for recommending Bob DeCosta for our fishing trip. What an added plus. He worked so hard that day & I think...

I would without a doubt refer friends and family to this wonderful Inn. We were welcomed as family and Susan was a most helpful host. Our stay in Nantucket was fantastic thanks to the Sherburne Inn. We slept well in a very clean and comfortable room (with central AC!!!) and were served wonderful breakfasts. Thank you Susan for a great...

My husband and I recently had a chance to get away alone since the kids were all at camp. We chose to visit Nantucket because we had never been there before. We stayed at the Sherburne Inn on a recommendation of friends and we were very pleased with our choice. It's a beautiful New England home very typical of the...

Our children gave us a 3 day trip to Nantucket with accomodations at the Sherburne Inn. In addition to the lovely room with daily breakfast basket, Susan, the gracious owner, worked with one of my daughters to obtain gift cards to two of Nantucket's finest restaurants, a tour of the island and she even walked down to the corner to...

“First visit” to Nantucket, lucky us- we chose “first class” Sherburne Inn! Room 8 was great! So was the basket breakfast and sherry in the afternoon. A warm, airy, historic home with multiple porches and livingrooms. In town walking everywhere. The bonus was the Inn’s website and Innkeepers that helped with what to expect before the trip and conscientious people...

It is the quintenssential New England Bed & Breakfast, with tasteful, flowery modern wallpaper, wide plank pine floors and beautiful white bedding, including what must be ironed sheets - never slept on anything like it! It's very clean, amazingly quite and right at the edge of town for easy access to all that Nantucket has to offer. I highly recommed...

What a great little place to stay in Natucket! We booked the Sherburne Inn's "Spring Special" and got an awesome deal...2 nights stay, 2 Fast Ferry tickets, Whaling Museum Tickets and 2 Gorumet Deli sandwiches for under $500. I had done plenty of research at other places around the island and this was the best package around. The inn is...

“Three rooms on the first floor, 4 rooms on the second. I stayed in the first floor petite queen room - 2 windows and a small private bath. It was perfect. My friends stayed in the standard queen room on the first floor - 2 windows plus a private bath with a window...very nice. The king room on the first floor was the most private as it was tucked away in back of the Inn. The 2 queen rooms were right next to each other. Did not see the second floor rooms. This Inn is so close to Town, but on a quiet side street. Perfect...”
