Rooms are fine, but bed uncomfortable due to worn out mattress. The staff was not welcoming at all. Grounds are nice, breakfast buffet was good. Shuttle to and from town was helpful. Expensive, but Nantucket is an expensive place to visit. The Island is beautiful

Mark and the hotel crew are to be commended. We had a great 2-day meeting for 50 people at the Nantucket Inn. Not only were we, the conference leaders, happy, but more importantly, our attendees were! The shuttle into town was a big hit. We look forward to returning in 2019.
