Stayed the 4th of January 2023. Upon entering room wife opened drawer in nightstand and seen a plastic straw that appeared to be used for drugs use (crack) See attached photo. Reported this to front desk and was told a manager would investigate the next day. The next day when departing asked if a manager was investigating matter we were told no, housekeeping would take care of it. Also see attached photo of toilet paper holder

We had originally booked online for only one night. After the first night we decided we wanted to stay for one more night. The very nice and helpful personnel added the night. A couple of hours later we had a dog emergency at home and had to leave suddenly. The manager refunded the night for us! Very understanding! We are very grateful. We recommend staying here if you have a pet.

Over charged. Won’t help you, actually told us they refunded us on our master card, but they didn’t charge a master card, they charged a discover card. They are idiots. Room was average at best, pool is very small as well.

Few hiccups. But complety taken care of. Sonya at the desk is AMAZING. Perfect little place to just getaway and enjoy resting and spending time with your significant other. We will definitely sneak away and stay here again.

My kids an I were having a great time. Had a nice stay. Until 2 days later they charged my credit card$250.00 for said"smoking in the room" absolutely not. I'm smart enough to walk outside and not be charged something I don't have and was not doing. Now I'm fighting to get a refund!!! Still! Foul

This hotel's bad experience started right at check in. Was quoted $20 non-refundable deposit for traveling with 1 dog when I made the reservation over the phone and was then told it was $50 non-refundable when I checked in. What?!?! That is the MOST I have been charged anywhere; and I travel about two weekends a month with my well-trained, performance sport dog. Almost went to another hotel, but it was raining, already getting dark and it was just too late to change and had just driven 8 hours. Then, as I was bringing my bags into the room, I wasn't sure I was told the correct room as the door was wide open and propped that way with the luggage rack. Which took me back to the front desk to check, and they assured me it was my room and no one else had a key. Yup, my room comfort level was off to a weird start. Then, discovered the remote to the TV's batteries closure was loose and turning off/on the took a minimum of 10 clicks to get any result. I discovered at around 11 pm that the toilet was still "running". Took off the and saw that the chain was not attached. Had to head to the front desk where the night clerk had to come to my room and jerry-rig it into place and told me it was not a permanent fix because he didn't have any parts. Awesome. [I had to replace it a couple of more times before checking out.] My room key also failed and needed to be replaced several times. The clerk just said, "we've been having problems with those...." Would NOT recommend staying here. Super frustrating stay – room and price wise.

Hotel looks as though it could use a facelift. I don't think that it's had any work done since probably about The time Bush was in office, the first one. The internet is horrible, constantly cut out. Ethernet ports would go a long way in my book. Staff was nice and friendly, all but the housekeeper. She was not pleasant at all. Wish I could get a hot tub room for the weekend though, they need more of them.

The staff was very nice, the rooms were clean and the best part was their continental breakfast! They add fresh warm eggs and sausages, a variety of fruits and juices and cereal, bagels and yogurt! Would stay here again.

Marvin the manager made false allegations of my family then persisted there would be an investigation done. Preposterous. I'm disgusted the nerve of this manager!!! Will be filing a corporate complaint with BBB and company.
