Booked this for the nice pictures and good ratings, but was disappointed. Somewhere in my search I had seen this was a three-star hotel. Very old, staff struggling to maintain, broken lampshades in room and unidentifiable splatters on walls. Breakfast did not include a substantial protein, was only waffles, breads, cereal, milk. No fruit. Was really wanting to support a non-corporate op, but regretted it.

We stayed 3 nights at this hotel while in town for a family wedding. The hotel was ok, but not nearly as good as advertised. If you are staying more than one night, I’d suggest finding a slightly nicer place.

Pro: The staff were all very friendly & helpful. Aside from the tub, the room itself was clean.
The view was lovely - our room overlooked a courtyard and grassy field next door.

Con: The back door never seemed securely locked. Housekeeping half emptied our trash and took away our used towels, but did not replace them. We had to ask for more towels from the front desk. The tub was old and had grime of years past stuck in the grout. I ended up wearing my flip flops in the shower. The beds were lumpy and creaky. Breakfast was sad - all carbs, no protein. They advertise bacon, eggs & sausage. There was none of that. Just make your own waffles, bread, bagels, cereal, coffee & juice.

This hotel was the cheapest of all the options on the wedding list & I see why. It’s probably fine if you’re just passing through and need a place to rest your head for the night. But I wouldn’t jump through hoops to stay here again.

All buy one of the staff was very friendly. Mary Ann in the bar and grill made a good meal and she was just awesome and fun. She took very good care of my child and I. There are a few cosmetic things I seen that needs to be done . As far as overall it was quiet and comfortable we enjoyed it...

Will never stay here again. Arrived late in the evening with my Husband to a room that hadn't been properly cleaned. The following morning, I went down to their continental breakfast. It was all flour and due to a health condition, I cannot eat flour. There was a juice dispenser though and so I opted for some orange juice. After drinking most of the glass I noticed objects that were not pulp. Dumped the remainder onto a napkin to find bug eggs in the orange juice. After going back to my room to throw up, I called the front desk to complain. The man I spoke with had a mild accent and after I told him the juice situation,in an accusatory tone he asked who was in the room with me. I stated just my husband and he said I don't want any problems. At that point, I said the problem is the bug eggs in your orange juice. He said sorry in a condescending tone and said he would have it looked at. Just to add to the experience, the indoor/ outdoor pool is connected and the outdoor pool has not been cleaned in a very long time. The mattresses felt like concrete. Just spend the extra $ 50 and go to a place you won't need therapy to recover from.

Stayed the 4th of January 2023. Upon entering room wife opened drawer in nightstand and seen a plastic straw that appeared to be used for drugs use (crack) See attached photo. Reported this to front desk and was told a manager would investigate the next day. The next day when departing asked if a manager was investigating matter we were told no, housekeeping would take care of it. Also see attached photo of toilet paper holder

I arrived there last week Thursday, so I spent 4 nights at this Motel/hotel.
Over the four days they forgot to service my room twice Ans then made the excuse that my ” not disturb” sign was on my four, not true.
The young manager did his best to make my stay great but his housekeeping staff are lazy and do not have a eye for detail. When they did do my room they never cleaned ten coffee pot and replaced coffee that was used.
Just a little sloppy, pity though it's a great location.

This has to be the worst place I have ever stayed. the location was recommended and when I arrived it was isolated. only 1 car. I arrived around midnight after a flight in. the guy at the front desk was less then amused to help me check in and didn't want to be bothered. When I got to the room it was filthy. dirty shower , soap still in shower and hair as well. Dirty towel hanging in make shift closet. I told the front desk and nothing, The bed was clean.. think. I told the staff in the morning and was told sorry and that the room would be cleaned. when I returned nothing had changed . I told them I wanted to check out and was told I would be charged for the room tonight regardless. I got a new room for the night and garbage on floor by night stand . people please don't come here it's disgusting .

the lady in the evening shift was really nice.

Over charged. Won’t help you, actually told us they refunded us on our master card, but they didn’t charge a master card, they charged a discover card. They are idiots. Room was average at best, pool is very small as well.

Pool and bar both closed on New Year's Eve and got no compensation for lack of ammenities. Desk help was friendly but did not reduce the cost of our room. Ended up going back home since there was nothing to do at the hotel.

Hotel looks as though it could use a facelift. I don't think that it's had any work done since probably about The time Bush was in office, the first one. The internet is horrible, constantly cut out. Ethernet ports would go a long way in my book. Staff was nice and friendly, all but the housekeeper. She was not pleasant at all. Wish I could get a hot tub room for the weekend though, they need more of them.
