We stayed at the Casa Santa Rosa for two nights - room 8. The room was located off the main garden, so we didn't have ay issues with noise. The location of the hotel wasn't truly centrally - it was a few blocks from the main drags. The trade off for walking a few extra blocks though was a nice...

My husband and I accidentally stumbled on to this little gem of a hotel on a day trip to Antigua. We fell in love immediately with its beautiful gardens and the quietness and sense of peace. We decided to return at the end of our month stay in a small town in the highlands for 4 nights of R &...

We had a short stay at this lovely boutique hotel a few weeks ago. I would have to say I am very particular about staying in boutique hotels and the entry and gardens and overall quality of this little hotel surprised me in a good way. Well worth the money and I would certainly recommend it. A couple of things...

I've stayed here twice. Once alone and once with my family. This is a beautiful quaint hotel and was a peaceful oasis. We definitely felt like it was our home. The staff was wonderful. No complaints!

Warm staff, a beautiful and clean room & property, kind service (to and from the airport). Would most certainly stay here again! A home away from home. Only tip for improvement would be the shower handle-hard to turn on and off and adjust to proper temperature. Otherwise, a perfect stay.

Ww justt stayed there for 4 nights, in 2 different rooms. The rooms are gorgeous, the staff wonderful with a great breakfast. Our only complaint was that the beds were hard and lumpy with old sheets with cooty balls on them. Also there are no screens on the windows and no a/c or ceiling fans so at night we were...

We were travelling from Mexico to Guatemala and booked the hotel through expedia. It happened that we were forced to do a last-minute change of plans and came to Antigua a day earlier after midnight. The hotel staff was great (even though we had to wake up the recepcionist :/) - they changed our reservation, the room was great, breakfast...

Overall this was a very nice property. Met at airport by Edgar - very nice guy. A cooler with water would have been nice. The property is absolutely beautiful. Our room was very nice, except: mattress too soft and lumpy, and the shower faucet leaked hot water on your let. OK, the soft mattress may be subjective, but lumpy is...

This is a beautiful hotel, clean and quaint, with a very friendly staff who know everything about Antigua. If you are interested in learning about the colonial history of Central America, Antigua, Guatemala is the place to begin. With its 18th century churches and monasteries, some of which are still in ruins, it invites to learn the lore of past...
