I was on a business trip, but stayed extra time. I was the last one left from our team, the front desk staffs are super helpful on talking to car driver and advising departure time. The hotel rooms are very stylish, in old building very tasty. Everything is very good there,

Great experience at a great hotel in a quaint and friendly town. Should be a first choice. The breakfast spread is amazing and fresh. Internet should be free and fast for guests. Price should be structured to include in room coffee and water. No pool - only a nice jacuzzi that could have been warmer.

I managed a small (24 person) meeting bringing together staff from all over the world for a 4 day meeting in Antigua, Guatemala. The Camino Real Antigua met all our expectations. Many of our participants were wowed by the hotel accomodations. The banquet and front desk staff were excellent and the food delicious.

Was here on business for five nights. The rooms are large and very comfortable and the gardens surrounding the hotel are beautiful. Breakfast was great and the staff were top notch. Only cons are they charge you for in room coffee ($2.50 small pot) and water ($2.50 lg bottle) and per unit wifi that doesn't work in all areas of...

The Camino Real is a refurbished hotel with a serias of one-floor buildings joined by walkways. Rooms are large, with classic Guatemalan furnishing at very high luxury. Beds are super comfortable, and the bathrooms are large and very well appointed. The wifi access was good and available throughout. The service was very attentive, and were able to give us firections...

Take care of exchange rates as is how they catch their money as on shown prices they play with extremely high exchamge rates. Also they charge for each device for internet, at a high day rate and is restricted to one device; I mean there is no chance to share it with your other devices. Last time I will be...

Not close from Main Square (8 blocks), but the rooms are incredibly rustic but comfortable. The breakfast is good but the facilities are awesome if you like old-fashioned hotels. The staff is polite. A taxi to the airport is US$ 60 and takes an hour. The bathroom is clean as well as the rooms.

Here are the cons, so if you read this don't be shocked later. If you want Internet it's $10 per day per device. Two iphones and an iPad, that's thirty $ a day. Also coffee in room is charged unlike most hotels in the world. Lastly, avoid rooms 601 through 605. The rooms are absolutely lovely, but there a large...

The hotel staff went out of their way to accomodate the birthday girl's wishes and decorated the bedroom with thousands of rose petals. They were all very willing and obliging and we're keeping to please.
