Central location in Antigua, but tucked away behind unassuming doors is this gem. This hotel is quiet and private, perfect for couples looking for an escape. The staff were extremely accommodating and friendly. We love to watch movies, and the staff arranged for a dvd player for our room. Our room was clean and comfortable, the cozy decor and lighting...

We traveled back to Guatemala from a rough trip and late arrival from Honduras. It was a very soft place to land, specifically the beds and pillows were a soft place to land. Love the pillows! The room was very nicely decorated. The shower was big, if not steamy hot. The TV was nice flat screen and had good channels....

Room was large and had exposed stonework, 2 double beds, flat screen TV with many channels, large shower only bathroom with a powerful shower and plenty of hot water. No window, high ceilings and door opening up to a small courtyard. Wifi worked better in public areas then in the room. The beds were very comfortable. Fan cooled rooms. We...

This hotel is average. The breakfast is nice and the beds comfortable , good location but way overpriced for the average rooms, quite basic. The breakfast and cleaning staff were nice and it's very safe. The rooms were just a bed nothing fancy or boutique hotel about it.

When we arrived at the hotel we were shown to a small but beautiful room. We dropped off our luggage and went for a walk and when we returned they moved us to a bigger room which was very clean and super comfortable. Breakfasts were delicious and the biggest cup of coffee ever! The staff were very friendly and helpful...

Upside: Lovely, helpful, attentive staff, excellent location, clean rooms, tasty breakfast. Downside: Arriving late from Tikal on the first night we were given a room the size of a postage stamp the main features of which was the option to either open one's suitcase or navigate the room. There were few places to hang clothes and no hooks on which...

Our trip was in May, 2014. We had made arrangements with the hotel to have their "shuttle" pick us up at the airport. We waited....and waited.....but no shuttle. We finally learned that they either forgot, or had the wrong day/time written down. We took a taxi....arrived at the hotel. That wasn't so bad, and the hotel stay was fair. But...

Positives: The hotel was lovely. The lobby was nicely decorated and very inviting. There was a nice breakfast area and a separate sitting area. We had a room with 2 king beds that was very spacious. The room also had a love seat, coffee table, mini-frig, safe and an armoire. The beds were very comfortable, as were the pillows. The...
