The staff was very friendly. The food was good but nothing extraordinary. The rooms are fantastic with the best views!! If...

Poor quality food, Don't ask for Italian food, the restaurant is full of flies The waitress is kind, but they have serious problem with chef ... Fudge cheese is liquid ... Not real cheese! The view of the mountains it's beautiful... I recommend just to get a Coke and enjoy the view.

We had an excellent stay. All the staff were very friendly and cordial. The price vs quality of the food is OK . We went on a walk (uphill), great exercise and the location where is located the hotel is good. The view of the volcanoes is extraordinary!!!!! 100% recommended .....
