The gardens, pools, artwork, and historical displays are absolutely breathtaking. The restaurant offers a Sunday brunch that is buffet style and absolutely delectable. Dinner was quite good as well. The spa facilities and services were phenomenal. Our room was quite large and comfortable, which included a jacuzzi tub that could easily fit four. Looking forward to my next visit.

We stayed at Casa Santo Domingo for 2 nights. Pros: - upgraded our room as we had requested a king size bed due to my husbands height - friendly staff - great shower - beautiful premises - great breakfast selection - central location Cons: - expensive rooms without anything complimentary to justify price - breakfast separate for $12 USD

The convention meeting area hosted a trade fair for regional crafts and it was wonderful. I attended that event and then stayed another week on my own.d After eight nights the hotel felt like home. The museum is fascinating, the restaurants are excellent, and the staff is anxious to please. Especially Gerardo--who went above and beyond to make sure I...

A medieval atmosphere full of antiques, pieces of art and nature. The breakfast is a must, full of options from fruits and juices to black beans. Rooms are large, clean and with varandas. Bath is so strong that massages

The room is great with thick walls (over 3 feet), nice free wifi, Cable TV, and a cozy bath tube. The restaurant has a superb desayunio (brunch), many fruits, cheeses, omelets, sausage, many different types of bread, as well as fried rice, tortillas and black beans. The area is huge, one can spend over 7000 steps walking around to get...

Located at the entrance of Antigua Guatemala, staying at Casa Santo Domingo is an experience far from normal. The beautiful building, which used to be a Dominican Convent, dates from the earlier years of the XVI century and transports you to the colonial religious culture of the age, surrounded by a quiet atmosphere. Apart from that, there is a museum...

We celebrated a major anniversary at the Casa Santo Domingo and had an incredible time. Service was excellent, the grounds stunning, our rooms a study in colonial charm, and we enjoyed the museums scattered around the property. It was an unforgettable experience.
