Great place to stay! Close to the centre, really chilled vibe and nice clean rooms. Hot tub on the roof! Lovely Israeli food and helpful staff- would definitely recommend as a chilled hostel environment.

I was walking past this hostel looking for another hotel and the manager asked if he could help me. He looked up my hotel on the internet and explained where I could find it. In the end I couldn't find the other hotel and came back to ZOOLA as I was so impressed that the manager was so helpful. I...

This is one of the few places I've been with this unique style. On the floor eating, very relaxed atmosphere. Ideal for young travelers on a budget. Notice showers are not private. Nice bar upstairs. Food is nice enough with a middle eastern influence.

Great staff and ownership! Beautiful terrace! Love the jacuzzi on the roof with the view of the volcano. The food is delicious and far exceeds the typical hostel standards. Seems like they organize a lot of activities for the guests as well.. Like a weekly communal dinner..weekly soccer match... And at night they have a free shuttle service directly to...

Zoola is a good spot to stop in for a night if you want a comfortable bed, decent bathrooms and to generally be left alone. The guests here are almost exclusively Israeli, and they don't really make any effort to interact with you if you don't speak Hebrew. Although, I have stayed here several times and made friends, provided I...

The hostel could be great. Nice size rooms and beds and has great rooftop. The staff that were Guatemalan were lovely. Unfortunately it is run by many Israeli's that are aggressive, rude, arrogant and as welcoming as a kick in the balls. I knew it was a Israeli run hostel before checking in, maybe I just picked an odd week...

Pretty nice place. Felt very welcomed, peaceful atmosphere, and the staff was helpful to me. The dorm beds are big but the pillows are small. I had to fold my pillow in half to make it comfortable. There is a hot tub up stairs by the bar which I nice to relax in. Overall good experience here (:

I love traveling to Antigua - and Zoola always makes my stay so much nicer. The rooms are spacious, the staff is helpful, and the food at the restaurant is delicious. Only negative - sometimes the wait staff at the restaurant takes a bit too long!

Great falafel wraps and mint tea. Price is reasonable. I tried 3 falafel places in Antigua - this was joint first for me with Rainbow Cafe. Not as good presentation but 10Q cheaper and a lovely spicy sauce to dip into. Nice atmosphere and friendly service.
