We have just returned from Guatemala. We extented our stay at the Casa florencia because we felt we needed more time to see Antigua and we had a great place to stay. Casa Florencia is beautiful, the service was flawless and it is a five minute wlak to the central square! I highly recommend it!

Casa Florencia was my introduction to beautiful Guatemala and it did not disappoint. The location is an easy and charming walk to the main square. I had a second floor room with an incredible volcano view. The room was spotlessly clean. Patricia is incredibly responsive, answering all e-mails within hours. The staff was unparalleled, always helpful and hospitable, especially Carla...

Casa Florencia is a small hotel run by two women from La Antigua. The hotel is spotless and the rates are great. The staff is very nice and accomodating. It has a fantastic view of the volcano from the second floor and is close to everything. I have stayed here for many years and will continue to do so.

I just came back from working on a project in Guatemala and was able to add on a few days of being a tourist in Antigua. A friend and I stayed at the Casa Florencia. The hotel was charming with warm, friendly, helpful people. The room was clean and pleasant with a view of one of the local volcanoes (clouds...

I have stayed at the Casa Florencia 4 times over the past year and my family and friends will be staying there in December when they come for my wedding. The staff are all very friendly and not only remembered me but also my name when I came without a reservation once. They are very helpful and accomodating. I really...

The hotel is very simple but nice. It's colonial style is well kept and most important, it's very clean. It is located 6 blocks form the centre of Antigua, which I find important, being far enough form the noice of the cebtre Although it is not a luxurious hotel, it is perfect if you want to visit Antigua for a...

After a nice experience at the Casa Florencia in August 2007, we decided to book our Antigua lodging there again. This time, we tried the rooms upstairs. With the volcano view from outside these rooms and the vaulted ceilings in the rooms, it was a preferred experience to last year's stay in a downstairs room. Patricia, her sister and the...

I must say I was quite impressed by the quality of the hotel. Breakfast was definitely better then some other hotel I heard from. I thought at first it was located far from central park but not all. You can easily get there in 8 minutes. The room were very well cleaned and a bottle of water was provided everyday....

Had a great stay at Casa Florencia for 6 days in July. Quite possibly the cleanest place we have ever stayed. The staff is very friendly and helpful. What really sold me however, was that on the morning we were suppose to leave we had a transportation (not related to the hotel) and the ENTIRE staff knocked themselves out to...
