The Palace Suites Heritage Hotel is a gem! The location is ideal in the central square; the bedding is luxurious and so comfortable. The bathroom/room were modern and very spacious. For us, however, it was the first-rate, professional & caring service offered by Mate Pupic, the hotel's Sales Manager, that set this stay apart. Mate bent over backwards to ensure...

Beautiful boutique hotel inside. Situated on main square which is one of it's main selling points. But: the hotel's owner is really very loud and if your room is 2 meters from the reception area like mine, her shouting at her staff becomes extremely annoying. . When I asked for another room the friendly young man at reception told me...

Mateo, Marko and the whole staff was incredibly helpful, polite and made our stay very rewarding. Rooms are spacious and the air conditioning was SUPERB!!! The location was an 11 and every night we got great recommendations for dinner. We had extra luggage since our Tandem bicycle was in 2 large cases weighing 50 lbs each. Mario and Anna Marie...

We stayed one night in this smallish but modern hotel centrally located in a busy piazza right in the historic old town of Split. Our double room R 103 on the first floor was totally modern but with a section of the old stone wall and gorgeous timber floor still showing. It had the usual mod cons - flat TV,...

This is a really great central location, perfect for sightseeing. It's right in the heart of all the major attractions, so really convenient. The room itself was gorgeous, large and comfortable with a great view of the square. The front desk staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. It's beyond the control of the hotel, however there is a bar/club right...

We just spent a couple of days in Split before boarding a sail ship. The apartments are right in the center at a few meters from the Diocletian Palace. Clean, recently refurbished, very nice rooms. Not unforgettable the breakfast that gets served in a quite small room.

We had a great experience at this hotel. Suites at the same time very modern and traditionnal, with noble materials. Very well located, in the historical center of Split. Special mention to the manager and her team, who really made efforts to change our room because there was a problem of wheelchair accessibility.

If you're in Split for a few days, you want to be centrally located and this hotel is very centrally located -perhaps 2 min. walk to Diocletian's Palace. All modern amenities, continental breakfast with scrambled eggs also available. Reception staff were very friendly offering advice on restaurants which all proved to be very good. Recommend highly.
