Found this as a last minute pick. Owner came to our aid immediately when we called him and showed us the apartment which was clean, secure and had everything we needed. We were lucky to get a car space at the front and we walked into the old city which only took about ten minutes. Very happy with the choice...

Apartment was in good location, near the beach and old town. Rooms were clean and in good condition. Hostess was extra nice, really good service with breakfasts, early check ins, and also gave some extra tips where to go.

We stayed for 5 nights at the studio apartment and it was very comfortable. There is a small kitchen area with sink, microwave, fridge etc. Substantial continental breakfast was delivered to the door as required every day. Marina or Neno were there every morning or always contactable by telephone. We had a car and as parking is a major problem...

Show up with no reservations , called the number on the doors. The owner ( I forgot her name, sorry) met us there in 10 minutes! Showed us a room, very clean and accommodating ( she even had someone pick up us at apartment the next day to go River rafting). Breakfast (coffee, croissant, and fruit) was included with the...

We stayed there before going to the marina at split to get on the yacht we chartered for a week. The owner of the apartments kept a space in the street for our car (very much appreciated). We walked to the main part of split from the apartment. The room was ok for us. The breakfast was ok as well....

The room and bathroom are a good size; bigger than typical Europe hotel rooms. These apartments (no kitchen) are on the first floor of a building. There is not a lobby, but the woman who works there is nice, brings breakfast, and responds to emails quickly. It is a 15 minute walk from the bus station. 10 minutes to walk...

We booked last minute and did not know there was the Ultra festival in Split that weekend, so most accommodations were full or terribly pricy. It turned out that by accident our room in Aspalathos was double booked due to a system error. We were informed by Nino, the owner and they promised to accomodate us elsewhere, a bit out...

We booked this place since it was close to the heart of the city. The room is very clean and they give a good hearty breakfast.. We weren't able to finish it on most days. The only downside is the price..given that its in an apartment with one floor converted into tourist stays, 90 euros a night is steep. It...

Dear guest, we hope you will contact us next time and than we can organize the transfer for free with our taxi company that is founded in 1950's. We offer all our guests, who contact us in time, free transfer from the harbor or bus station. If you had written us an e-mail we would have arranged a transfer to...

Untill I arrived to Split, my experience in Croatia was that it is difficult to get breakfast outside (I found out it is not so in Split and Dubrovnick). Almost all the choices in Booking.com, within the price range of 50-99 Euro did not offer breakfast. Apartments Aspalathos was one of the few who did. This and the proximity to...
