Situated on the waterfront broad walk just past the Palace the property puts you in the middle of the action. About 8 minutes walk from the Bus, Train and Ferry it's a nice spot to be. The room was good and our double room with bathroom (80€) had air con, flat screen TV, a table, a fridge, coffee making facilities...

We stayed for two nights, then went on to vis and came back for another night on our return. The gentleman who owns the place is fantastic - when we came back for the last night he seemed genuinely pleased to see us. The building has a communal balcony (never busy), with a shared kitchenette and great facilities. For the...

Fantastic accommodation, close to Diocletian Palace, overlooking waterfront and central to all amenities. Would highly recommend this reasonably priced accommodation. Our travel agent recommended accommodation 10 minutes from town but we were so pleased we made the booking ourselves. Don't hesitate in making a booking.

The apartment, built into the old Palace walls and overlooking the waterfront in Split, is superb. Everything the traveller could need is provided and more - fully equipped kitchen area with dishwasher, "pod" coffeemaker; a washing machine and dryer, iron etc. The apartment is modern, spotlessly clean and serviced daily. Watching the crowds promenading below and the constant to-ing and...

Excellent location. Very close to main street in Split. A lot of restaurants and markets in this area. 10 minutes walking from bus station. Good kitchen. The house is old but everything clean. I had a great stay there.

The lady is so kind! She is a very warm person and very helpful. The service was very good. The rooms were great, (includes a fridge) the bathroom was very large and clean. The kitchen is very cozy and you can find everything you need. The hostel is in the middle of the centre and the sea is close. Thank...

My room was large with a sofa and table and chairs there was also a fridge and French doors that opened on to a small balcony. Below were restaurants a supermarket so handy....

For the price, we were very impressed with the quality of the room! We were not expecting it to be so luxurious. It had an impressive amount of light installations (some even changed colour!), beautiful big bed, powerful aircon, TV with international channels, and a little fridge. We even had a beautiful bathroom with huge walk-in shower. It was in...

We stayed at Riva Rooms for 3 nights for a short break in Split. Riva Rooms is situated in the heart of Split, a short walk from Diocletians Palace and the Riva. 5/10 minute walk to Bus/Ferry/Train terminals. The apartment is situated above a restaurant in a small square. There are many restaurants, bars and a few small supermarkets close...
