Very good location - a few minutes walk to the old town promenade. At night, you just leave all the crowd and noise of the promenade behind and enjoy the quietness of home. The hotel is really small, just a few rooms. Only one room has a balcony and we had it so we could enjoy a glass of wine...

The location probably the only good thing about this place. They say it has private parking, but the spaces are so small that we struggled to fit in our car - it was an absolute nightmare and ended up denting it. Average place, average service, terrible parking available and pretty bad breakfast.

Great hotel, lovely rooms and delicious breakfast. Within easy walking distance of the Riva and all the old town sights. A few tight (free) parking spaces out front. Approaching the hotel, keep your eyes out for the driveway-like road where it is located, as it can be easily missed!

We had a spacious and clean room, indeed more spacious than would be expected in a three star establishment. That and the location close to the Old Town and the Riva are the clear pluses. The minuses: The room had a balcony but we didn't use it because it was overlooking a busy and noisy street. Also, it was impossible...

The BB is really close to a main road so easy to find. Very near to the waterfront and port. Very quiet place. Basic but good breakfast. Very friendly staff. Large and clean room, no problems with WIFI

My husband and I took an 11 day car trip through Slovenia and Croatia using Trip Advisor and Rick Steves recommended hotels/B&Bs/Sobes throughout the trip. All accommodations worked very well for us but each had something very special and something less special. Here are my criteria: price, cleanliness, room appeal, mattress comfort, helpfulness of staff/owner, location, referral source (either TA...

I stayed in Villa Ana for 3 nights. The room was large by European standards, with a desk, large stuffed chair and TV. Fairly good WiFi. The breakfasts are good....eggs cooked to your liking. Danijel is very helpful. What I loved the most was the location of this place.....a 5 minute walk to the Riva (promenade) and Old Split, and...

A small, comfortable, stone building located just outside of the walled city area so it was calm and quiet at night. There were just five rooms, and ours was roomy and modern in decor with two twin beds and warm comforters. Breakfast was a buffet with cereals, breads, fruit, yogurt, coffee, tea and juices. You can also order eggs cooked...

This is a quiet little hotel about 5 blocks from the waterfront area. They have a "small car" parking lot in front of the hotel. We were in the room behind the front desk but it was surprisingly quiet. By European standards this was a big room. Breakfast was good The Hotel is right across from the police headquarters but...

In a great location ...an easy stroll to Old Town. Our room was small but very clean and comfortable. Glad we had air conditioning as it was hot. Danejel was so helpful in orienting us to the city and made us feel welcome. We would definitely return.
