Stayed for nights in July 2015. Such a welcoming and friendly family who made you feel at home. Free pick up from the main bus station, very good tours on offer by the hotel run by the eldest brother who is a local and gives great insight into the area. Great cheap breakfast and they will go beyond what's needed...

This was the most welcoming and social hostel I've ever been too. The hostel is run by a lovely family who can pick you up from the airport or bus station and greet you with one of their homemade liquers. Breakfast is a delightful homemade social affair where young travellers (usually solo) eat together in the mother's kitchen. Often solo...

It was our first time staying in a hostel, and we were given a 4 bedroom apartment to stay in for 4 girls, which was not part of the main hostel. It was great because we were 4 friends staying together. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. Aircon was a treat! The washing machine didn't work however,...

What can I say. What a great hostel. Ivica and his family take you in and treat you like one of the family. They are not in the old town, but are close to the great beach areas that are not overcrowded. He also runs day trips out to Bosnia or into Montenegro. Had a blast and would stay here...

We couldn't have chosen a better place to stay if we tried. This family truly made us feel at home and Milka was like our own mum but overseas! Fantastic breakfast each morning and very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms were great too. We will miss JoJo!!

Right when I arrived to the main bus station, they picked me up within 10 minutes. Arriving at the hostel, the family is so incredibly sweet and welcoming. I felt like I was at home and felt very comfortable and safe there. The breakfast was amazing :) I had forgotten my swimsuit and some clothes that were drying when I...

My boyfriend and I were apprehensive when we arrived because the hostel isn't in the centre but thank god we stayed here! It's run by the most adorable Croatian family who do nothing but feed you, give you welcome drinks and make you happy! The hostel is clean and fully equipped with a BBQ which we used every night and...

The hostel is not so close to the city center, but it's easy to catch a bus near it. It's a good place to stay, cheap, with clean sheets and good rooms. Maybe at first seem strange stay there (the hostel seems to be in the family garage), but it's cozy and the owners are really pleasents. I also recommend...

Upon arrival, I was welcomed into this kind Croatian family's life! First, the 'Hostel Dad' (not really what he's introduced as, but how the backpacker's come to think of him as) picked me up, free of charge, from the bus station. He helped me with my luggage and showed me around. We took care of paperwork and that's when I...

This is a family run hostel and the moment you walk in you are welcomed like a member of the family. Everything is clean, beds are comfy, and make sure to get breakfast as it is very affordable and delicious. I stayed an extra two nights because I didn't want to leave the amazing hospitality. Tip. The owners son does...
