My partner and I had a lovely stay at Villa Busovina. Rastko and his family couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. Kitchen facilities were available and there is a shared garden with fantastic views whilst eating breakfast. The room was very modern and immaculately clean. Very comfortable king sized bed. Although the location is fantastic, it does involve a... More

I am currenlty using my Netbook on the patio overlooking the Adriatic Sea enjoying the view and breakfast at the Hotel Busovina. I would HIGHLY recommend this darling place to anyone. I am here with my husband and another couple and this is our third day (of four) of our trip to Dubrovnik. We drove here from Sarajevo and Mostar... More

My boyfriend and I stayed in Villa Busovina for 4 nights in August and we really enjoyed the stay. We had the top floor room which was very spacious and nice with a great view down to the Old Town and the sea (through quite small windows as they had not been allowed to build a balcony since it is... My husband ,myself and our 10month old daughter stayed here for 3 nights in July and were thrilled with the accommodation which is spotlessly clean and one of the most comfortable places we stayed in Croatia. The hosts Slavica and Rastko as mentioned in the other posts are super friendly, speak excellent English and were always available to help out with... More

We stayed in the Villa Busovina 2 years ago (Trip Advisor wouldn't let me put 2008), but I was just in the process of recommending it to a friend when I thought I would (finally!) put up a review. I still remember Croatia as one of the best holidays I've had and a lot of that was to do with... More

We have never stayed in such a friendly and peaceful hotel/villa/guest house. We stayed for two weeks and we had the best undisturbed sleep in the most comftable bed we have ever slept in. Our room was very clean and we had clean towels nearly every day, our air contioning worked fine and kept our room very cool. Breakfast was... More

Slavika and Rastko are great hosts: they go out of their way to help and Rastko will give you a thorough rundown of recent Balkan history free of charge! The grounds of the Villa are beautiful, with a rambling walled garden and breath-taking views over the town to the sea. The rooms are spacious and tastefully decorated and the bathrooms... More

After reading the reviews here I thought my stay would be great. I couldn't have been more wrong. After arriving from Britain (16C) to Dubrovnik (35C) and being shown our room by our host, we found the air-con just wasn't powerful enough to cool the room. We asked our host for a fan, saying we were very hot, only to... More

Villa Busovina is almost perfect. It's close to the Pile Gate (also where the buses leave to Lapad). The room was great and up to a very high standard - modern, pleasant, large and peaceful. My room overlooked the garden. The bed was excellent. There was a big TV with hundreds of satellite channels, free wireless, spacious bathroom. The property... More
