First off the staff are amazing and very helpful in providing directions, tips, etc. The room was small but very nice and clean. The location inside the old city walls makes you close to everything and easy to enjoy the city. Had friends staying outside the city walls at the same time, this location was much better and a nicer...

This place was amazing! I stayed in both the annex and the main building. The annex room was not as nice but still a great place. The property has been recently tastefully remodeled and still has a lot of character. Just the right balance of character and functionality. The location could not be beat. Yes you are right in the...

Nikolina was absolutely wonderful! Couldn't have had a better stay! The location is perfect once you know the layout of the city (but could be a bit tricky on first arrival!) The rooms were clean and cozy - the bathrooms are quite small (so if you're "larger" size, expect to rub against walls.. :D) All of Nikolina's recommendations were excellent....

We stayed couple of nights in this excellent hotel. It's in very good location and Nicolina is very helpful. She sent me email for the directions and it was very easy to get to it. When we arrived she was very helpful and welcoming and gave us a lot of tips about places to visit and places to eat. Hotel...

Nikolina is so welcoming, even coming to find us when we were lost trying to find the place! The rooms are well presented, have air conditioning (which is necessary in the hot weather) and are kept to a good, clean standard. The location is brilliant, literally metres away from all local amenities and the beautiful main street. I heartily recommend...

We stayed here for 3 nights for the beginning of my 50th birthday celebrations. The owner Nikolina is lovely and the house is spotlessly clean. Fabulous to stay right in the centre of the old town with all restaurants and sights right on the doorstep. For a short city break this place is unbeatable for location and price. Will definitely...

Nikolina and her husband run a fantastic home away from home. Marianna complements the duo in Dubrovnik. Property is center city, clean, quiet and well appointed. Kitchen is available for coffee and tea. Toiletries and towels provided. Nikolina arranged for r/t private transfer to and from airport, something definitely to take advantage of. Free wifi is available and fast. We...

The guest house is situated within the old town area. The place offer good value for money as it is not expensive when compared to its location. Owner is kind and friendly. The building is not big but lovely. There's a kitchen on the ground level where guests are free to use.

Small, clean and amazingly quiet considering how close it was to the centre of the city. The lady that runs it was charming, her English was excellent and she was very keen to help. The bed was a generous size and comfortable, although the bathroom was rather compact. There were no breakfast facilities but we were able to make tea...

Tucked into a small street in the old city, this unassuming spot has great accommodation with stylish rooms and a friendly host. We stayed on the ground floor which had surprisingly good sound-proofing. Location was perfect to explore the city and climb the walls. Hostess recommended a wonderful restaurant around the corner.
