We stayed here for one night before heading to the islands. It is really a lovely house and the room décor was very tasteful with a quirkiness. The place was spotlessly clean. We also had a little terrace off our room, which was a nice treat. The lady who owned it was pleasant and the next morning she took us... More

We really enjoyed our stay here, so much that we stayed 2 nights instead of one (thanks to the host who allowed it at a very short notice). The place offers a free parking space just 10 min walk from the old town. Our room was very clean, bathroom with a bathtub, all the amenities like a kettle, selection of... More

A buddy and I were riding our motorcycles in Italy and decided to take a ferry to Dubrovnik. We later learned the Ferry would be leaving late - 11:30 (23:30) at night, from Bari, Italy. We reserved hotel rooms for the next night at this hotel with our credit cards - reserved and confirmed at about 3 pm Monday for... More

This guesthouse is very nice, cosy and cute. The house has a good feel, everything is so charming. Our room was small, with garden view. There was a kettle for boiling water with selection of teas and coffee and small fridge. There was well equipped bathroom with shaver. The breakfast was really good, everything what we could wish for. Selection... More

The place is just 7-10 min walk from Old Town and the fun places! I took a double bed room which was quite reasonalbly prices (I went in April which was not the high season) The breakfast was decent if not great. The owner lady was very sweet, and even offered me a concession on breakfast bill because I stayed... More

This past weekend I stayed at the Limestone house with three friends. We really enjoyed staying there, because it was quiet and clean, and the owner goes out of her way to make you feel at home. Two nights she came to our rooms to give us cake when we came home for the night, and when we arrived soaked... More

My wife Summersky wrote a review below. She detailed in her review not only the drawbacks of two of the rooms in Limestone House, but the problems we had with parking. Two days after she posted the review, we found two separate charges of 172 kuna each on our MasterCard from our car rental company. Upon questioning it, we found... More

Lovely rooms and breakfast, very helpful owner. The location is perfect for walking into the old town but still peaceful for getting plenty of sleep. Would definitely stay here again if I go back to the city.

Limestone House is a family owned and run B&B set on the hill approx 5 minutes on foot from the old town. The rooms are clean, bright and quiet and ours had AC and an ensuite.
