Milan , our host and owner, could not have been more friendly or helpful. From organising airport pick up to recommending best places to eat and all the local secrets . Room ,as almost everyone has previously raved about , has an amazing view down to the old town and was well worth the long haul up from the town... More

The room was really nice and the view was great, but the Host was very Literal- he didnt give us the time to ask any kind of a question- he wont let us speak (like, you know...) but we had free parking and its only about 300 steps away from the heart of the city. Great view Great place but... More

Stayed here for four days and nights in June. Greeted warmly by Milan (the owner) who took great care of us for our visit - thanks for the grappa! Superb view from our room over Dubrovnik old town and the Adriatic. Room was clean and comfortable, well appointed with a small kitchenette just outside the door for making tea or... More

The staff at this place is great. They took vey good care of us, arranged an airport transfer, and we're very friendly. The view is just outstanding, but you pay for it in steps up there. I highly suggest, especially in the summer, getting a cab to take you up. The bathroom in our room was very cramped and the... More

This apartment was so nice that we didn't want to leave our room terrace which had the best view in Dubrovnik. The host was very nice. The drive up there was a bit tough and easy to miss the car park.

We visited these rooms in October this year. We were welcomed warmly and offered beer or wine while our host Milan explained what was available and gave directions to the town. The views from the rooms were spectacular. It is a short walk down the many steps and we always took a Taxi back (60 Kunas for 4 people is very... More

We greatly enjoyed our stay at our room with private bath, kitchenette in the common area, and balcony facing the city walls and sea. We ate at the table on the balcony and enjoyed the wifi and television in our room. Our hostess was most kind and helpful by giving us directions, calling us taxis, and giving us welcoming refreshments.... More

One of the reasons we were attracted to these apartments was the view of the Gruz harbour from the patio as illustrated in the Thomsons brochure. Disappointingly a flat roofed building has been built just below the patio which cuts off half the view. We liked the studio, basic as it was, and the owners were particularly friendly, and we... Stayed here just for a few nights and it suited our needs. Breakfast isn't available but we had the use of small kitchenette to make a coffee in the morning - best enjoyed on the balcony with that fabulous view. If you generally use a hair dryer I would suggest taking one with you as the one provided was unusable.... More
