We had a great stay in Villa Triana. The room, the whole building, the pool and even the terrace were very clean. The staff is very friendly and helpfull, they speak fluent English. Supermarket, busstop, atm, bakery are just around the corner. A few restaurants just a short walk away. But most important: the villa is right next to the...

The website pictures must have been old. The bedspread and shams were dirty, pillows were old and smelly. Light fixtures without shades. The shower walls were molded. Ants were everywhere. The part-time staff was not helpful or knowledgeable. We were so glad to leave.

Hotel is right next to the beach and many restaurants. Diklo beaches are very near. Hotel itself is a big villa, that has different kinds of rooms. Beds are bad and the air conditioning super loud. The owners have a dog that barks every single morning waking you up.

Positives: nice room/suite (a bit small), nice balcony overlooking the sea, clean room, bus stop right outside the building (10 kuna pr pers), supermarket 3 houses down the road (opens early and we bought nice and cheap breakfast there) Negatives: further from town than we expected (45 min walk), the house was being worked on and the noise was right...

As the title suggests we were pleasantly surprised by the standards of the accommodation we were offered. Airport Transfer: The apartment arranged a driver to collect us from the airport for an additional 20Euro. All ran smoothly and on time. Much easier than hustling for a taxi Location: The apartment is quite a distance from the old town but with...

The end of our (otherwise fabulous) Croatian holiday was spoiled by coming here. I am sure there are some nice rooms in the Villa, but they act as agents for many apartments nearby. When we arrived we were told that nothing was available for our three nights. They would put us in one apartment for two nights and for the...

This place was a thousand times better than we expected, we booked a 'hostel' that was the cheapest place we could find, but when we arrived we were delighted, our room was just gorgeous, we had a balcony and kitchenette, and the place had a pool and was right on the beach! The location we thought was perfect, not in...

We arranged for the transfer from the airport which was punctual with a friendly driver, though we'd suggest taking the bus from the town back to the airport which is considerably cheaper and easy to find. We were greeted by Triana, the owner, who was very friendly, spoke good English, and was more than happy to answer any questions. Our...

Villa Triana is a lovely waterside villa. The villa is directly on the water, and the views are stunning. The back garden has a pool and seating area which looks out onto the water. It's a great place to sit at sunset and enjoy a glass of wine. The "beach" on the water consists of concrete slabs/walkways/ledges. You can sit...

first of all, the location is outside town. So if you dont have a car, you use public transport which is a bit cumbersome. But other side you have nearby everything you need to. Very close to the lovely beach, but in season there is too crowdy. If you have a car you can leave it on the street, what...
