Best thing about the Villa was the extremely helpful attitude of the owner, Ivana, who assisted us in everything from late night bars to car parking charges in different parts of Zadar. Breakfast is not part of the deal, although there are nearby restaurants that can cater for this. The rooms are dated, but full of everything you might need, including...

What a great place to spend a week. Spotlessly clean, close to the waterfront, Supermarkets and restaurants. Everything is available on site, Ivana will organise anything u want including tours. There are bicycles on site for hire, get one and explore.

Only there one night but Ivana ( perfect english ) went out of her way to accommodate our late arrival and our need to find a bar still open late. The rooms for the price were perfect. If you are planning a longer stay and want family apartments that has everything for inexpensive living then this is the place. We...

Loved it here - Ivana is an exceptional hostess who speaks very good English, and is super helpful and friendly. We loved the location which is in a peaceful location, but only a ten minute stroll to supermarket, bakery, café bar and a few restaurants, and the beach (stony, lovely clear water). The walk back is uphill, but not steep...

We stayed at the Villa Gravic for 5 nights on our tour around Croatia, Ivana and her husband worked very hard to maintain a high standard at the Villa. Ivana's husband picked us up from the airport and drove us to the Villa. Each villa has a balcony which overlooks the pool with a beautiful view of other villas and...

Location is great for beach hang but s bit far from Old Town. It takes roughly 10 minutes to drive into town. There are a few super markets and restaurants in the area though. The apartments are large, clean and a/c is great. There is no freezer which we thought was strange. The bathroom was newly redone and had a...

We spent 5 nights at Villa Gravic and couldn't fault it. The appartment (5 person) was impeccably clean and extremely well equipped. Great shower, everything you need in the kitchen (microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle...) Comfortable beds. Even mosquito plug-ins were provided! The appartment was cleaned and fresh towels provided on day 3. The pool and outside areas were lovely,...

After a difficult road trip with 4 young children and a stolen bag with passports, money, credit cards and phone, which involved a stop off at the British embassy to obtain temporary passports, we had an amazing welcome here. Zadar was not on our itinerary but was a great place. The accommodation is excellent. And the host went above and...

My girlfriend and I stayed here for four nights and we had a fantastic time. Like many other reviewers, I have to give a personal mention to Ivana who was the perfect host. The location is a bit out of the way, but it's very accessible, especially if you want to rent a bikes or a car (which Ivana arranged...
