This was the perfect place for us to stay; the room is comfortable and clean and in a great spot. The lovely apartment is within walking distance to the beach and the old town and Anika is extremely welcoming and helpful. Anika's friendliness and the comfort of the apartments made our stay here unforgettable! Highly recommended.

Made our time in Zadar. Anika was amazing and couldn't have made us more welcome, visiting 7 countries on our trip and staying in many hotels, this was our highlight. She is a genuinely lovely woman who would go out of her way to ensure all her guests were completely happy. Would stay again and will never forget Anika's kindness.

First of all, the address shown here and on booking sites isn't where the apartment actually is. I'm not sure if the owner has multiple properties but after a taxi dropped me off to the advertised address I was driven by a lady (daughter of owner maybe?) to a different property several minutes down the road on a street called...

Was a really nice place to stay. When arrived we were welcomed by Anika herself, with a nice cold juice and some food after our journey. Anika and one of her staff showed us places to visit etc, which was really helpful. Was a nice walk along the waterfront from here too. I would recommend it here.

If you are looking for a no frills kind of place, but which is good value, simple, quite and clean. This is the place to crash a few nights, especially if you are travelling from afar. Anika and her family are nice, welcoming and helpful. There is a bus stop around the corner so you can park your car safely...

Stayed here for 4 nights and could not have asked for more. Was welcomed with juice and offered sandwiches, throughout our stay Anika gave us fresh fruit and vegetables from her garden and even washed our clothes free of charge. Location was good as it was very quiet but also a few steps away from a bus stop that takes...

Lovely lady running the guesthouse, very helpful and welcoming. offered us small meal after arrival. Chatty and cheerful women! Bit hard to find without GPS. Circa 30 mins walking to city centre. House is at the corner of two streets so a bit hard to locate as there are no sings or name at the door

i visited the apartment with my wife recently. i received a call to ask about our arrival while we were on the bus heading to Zadar. On our arrival, there was no staff expecting us. We were welcomed by two guests from France. We called the number which was given on the confirmation couple of times, a girl finally arrived...

I arrived to the location quite ill. Within ten minutes I had my bags inside the room, with help from the owner who is a lovely lady, and a visit to the pharmacy to get my medicine. Everything was explained to us within a few minutes, ie kitchen usage, WiFi,parking, which was on a quite street with no hassle, directions...

This is a personally run, homey sobe, in a quiet residential neighborhood 5-10 mins drive from the Old Town of Zadar. We had a warm welcome by the owner Anika, who didn't speak much English but a family member was around to translate. The rooms are basically in an annex connected to their house. Our room was very simple but...
