The check in is annoying. First you have to go to the Tinel Restaurant (with your luggage) or call them and wait in front of the apartment entrance. The location is excellent, right in the heart of Zadar. The person responsible for our check in came in about 10 min. We had to go up a lot of steps, 2... More

We booked 2 rooms as we were travelling with our two teenage daughters. We were welcomed by a charming lady who helped us park the car near the apartment building and offered us a complimentary drink. One room had a kitchenette while the other one was more of a traditional bedroom. Both rooms were spacious and decorated in a beautiful black... More

Just at the airport after spending a great week in Zadar,I would highly recommend the Tinel rooms for anyone looking for accommodation in Zadar It was a bit deceiving at first because it is not a conventional hotel and does not have a reception ,bar etc the rooms are separated from the Tinel restaurant where breakfast is served each morning... When we booked the accommodation, we didn’t noticed that there is no parking space, but luckily for us, we were there with our motorbike and you can squeeze it practically everywhere. The owner was a really nice lady, she helped us with our motor equipment and suitcases, explained what is there to see and where to eat. Our apartment was... More

I was several time in this hostel and its been always pleasant experience. I´ve got the room with great look on St. Donats church, 5 min from sea organ so the location is very good close to restaurants, museum and shopping stores. Food is really good at the same restaurant, clean and comfortable rooms. Very friendly staff and owners.

Location in old town. Two minute walk to St.Donats church which has magnificent views from the top of the bell tower. 5 min walk to sea organ which, at sunset, attracts many people and is really relaxing to sit and listen while watching the sun go down. The narrow streets around Tinel rooms are lined with restaurants and bars most... More

We arrived on a whim looking for an alternative to a priced place we had stayed the night before, this was so cheap and the rooms were bright, airy, very clean and surprisingly comfortable. Great location in the centre of the town and breakfast at the same restaurant! The lady who let us in and negotiated our stay with the... More

We stayed here two nights after having read excellent review on Trip Adviser. The accommodation is clean, modern and fresh , no complaints at all. However Tinel promote this accommodation as having a view over the forum. Our room , a studio , had a view over a dirty car park , definately not a nice outlook which is what... More

I stayed here for two nights early in the 2014 season with my girlfriend. The rooms were sparkling clean and very amply sized, and we loved the location and service. The owners are incredibly nice and very helpful. Definitely get a meal (or two) at the associated restaurant; the food is delicious, fresh, and very fairly priced.

This is an old town location and is perfect if you are coming over on one of the ferries. Literally only 200m from where they come in. The entrance is not particularly welcoming but don't be put off. The actual apartments on the second floor are very modern. The people who own this also own a restaurant, also called the... More
