We were on bike trip through Lonjsko polje and first stop was Čigoć. We stopped to grab a bite- a soup and a portion of fish. The waiter brought to both of us one 1,6 kg fish explaining that is portions. In the end the bill shocked us- especially with the fact that we didn't get portions of fish, but...

We rolled up to cigoc not knowing what to expect and came across this lovely little pub style place with a small camp ground for ten vans/ a heap of tents. The restaurant is great, local cuisine and the waiter and waitress are fab, the waiter we have seen I think speaks about 100 languages ! Food is very quick...

We had a family luch after visiting the stork village. I expected great local cusine but the in soup had the taste of artificial aromas and the dessert (poppy strudel) was really small. Thus, just another touristic place. And no credit card accepted.

I'm sorry, but I have no other option here. Nature is beautiful but it's not the nature in question here. We were sitting for half an hour an nobody arrived to ask us what we want to drink and eat. We decided it's was enough and went home. I's bad commercial for Croatian tourism. If you don't have enough staff,...

Me and my friends had a tastefull and delicious lunch at Tradicije Cigoc in the village of Cigoc at the Lonjsko polje nature park. I decided I had to write this review because both the food and the service were outstanding. They offer traditional home coocked food such as fis and gulas, the prices are very moderate, the surroundings beautiful,...

Tradicije Cigoc is tastefully renovated traditional old wooden house that offers well equiped rooms and a separate apartement house. There's also a camp site in the backyard. The food is excellent and stuff is friendly and helpful. Property is in the begining of the village Cigoc in natural park Lonjsko polje. This is suprisingly remote place, ideal for bird watching,...

Stayed here with my 5 kids and husband. It is lovely little house and the restaurants food is excellent value and tasy, especialy their own hams and meats which we got at breakfast with a nice omlette. Good value. Good service. I was very impressed and it is a lovely little village and area to see.

In the middle of Lonsko Polje NP, you find this little pearl. It does not have many rooms, so be early enough to book. We will never forget this place, in the middle of nowhere. Little villages with the typical wooden houses and storks nesting on practically every roof. When we had a terrific breakfast in the morning, we could...

We were looking for an accommodation in the Natural Park Lonjsko Polje in the centre of Croatia and we found this super small but very nice hotel! The location is wonderful: the park is near the river Sava in a very quiet area only one hour from the chaotic Zagreb, in a real welcoming atmosphere with a particular animal coming to...
