Great, quiet location with helpful staff and great amenities. Would absolutely recommend to others and return in the future. While you may struggle without a basic grasp of Russian, given the location (Crimea) that would be expected, and the staff assisted in any way they could. This was a perfect choice for us. The hotel is new and very well run and we were well looked after. Its a 5 minute walk to the sea and the bus to Livadia stops virtually at the end of the road. The hotel has a swimming pool and a private beach. There is a free bus transfer to the...

Beautiful little hotel with great service, spotless rooms, great decor and all with an amazing breakfast. Staff fully fluent in English, Ukrainian, and Russian. Little tricky to find is the only drawback. But only a 5 minute walk to a beautiful boardwalk and park.

The hotel is new and looks very attractive. Here we have not heard the noise and bustle of the city. We really enjoyed the peacefulness and tranquility near the Black Sea.
