Room very clean. Ivana was very kind with us. I would definitely recommend it. Great location inside the walls of Kotor. This is a very good value. The only thing was that there was almost no isolation and we could hear our neignbors all night long if you know what I mean.

Very nice spacious, clean apartments in an excellent location right on the edge of the old town. Very friendly owners and everything you could want for a short stay. Very good aircon, and hairdryer and iron supplied in apartments. Free wifi Highly recommended.

Ivana is really kind & helpful. We, 4 of us stayed in room with two bedrooms and room was pretty good and clean. Apartment located inside of the castle in old town, so you can go to everywhere, cafe, restaurant or bar with 5 mins walk from hotel. Excellent location.

We were on the second floor ( no elevator so pack light) of this very clean 2 bedroom, 1 bath apt. The kitchenette with burners & small fridge were located in the foyer. A little busy outside being near one of the hostels. You enter thru the cultural center entrance

The apartment was furnished to a high standard and the location was great to explore the old city. The shared outside space on the city wall is pleasant and the occasional lost tourist passing by wasn't a problem. The only downside was the noise from the nearby bar, which went on until 1 am (2am on one of the nights...

Located in middle of the old town, nice interior. Big and well equipped room with stable wifi. Serviceminded owner, nice terrace on the city wall overlooking the bay. Everything is close by. Value for money and reccommended. Only small minus is that the warm water tank is very small.

When I was looking on the Internet for a room for four nights in Kotor in July, I was attracted by the location and price of Villa Ivana. But when I checked the reviews on Trip Advisor, there was a significant negative as several reviewers reported nights of persistent loud noise from a bar next door. Despite this warning, however,...

Good base for exploring kotor located at one end of the the walled old town. Room was great, everything you need, apart from tea and coffee making facilities. Street was slightly noisy on Saturday night which could be heard in the room. There is a nice terrace you can enjoy
