The hotel is close to the main street of Pristina, everything is at a walking distance. As soon as you get in, you immediately notice that the furniture is old-fashioned, not exactly new, very kitsch. Personnel is very kind and available to provide for everything you need. Wifi does not work properly in the rooms, and sometimes it crashes even...

The Grande Hotel ain't grand no more! At €80 a double, it is vastly overpriced. Even the €50 we paid was overpriced. It is shabby and very run down. The room carpets are stained and dirty, the bathroom dirty, the toilet still had urine on the bowl and seat. Bed linen was clean. Foyer looks pretty good, but do not...

I came from Afghanistan to Vranje in Serbia and then for 2 nights Travelled in Kosovo. I paid in cash to stay in this hotel. I stayed here for only two nights. The hotel is located very good. Not so clean but relatively acceptable for for few nights with £30. Very kind staff and a good good restaurant inside. The...

Iconic hotel in Pristina. Worth visting simply to get a feel of what happened in this hotel in years gone by. In the 1980s this hotel was the centre of Pristina's social life but is now in a state of disrepair.

We used for business purposes, but the hotel needs a total renovation. Old bathrooms, food was average to not say bad. Didnt visit rooms, furniture all around the hotel is old, it is petty how this hotel in the center of the city is not renovated.

This hotel needs to refurbished from scratch. If is not for his good location none could have frequented this hotel. Everything inside looks old and i don't understand why management still keeping the prices so expensive. The hotel staff is very friendly and very welcoming. The restaurant in first floor serves nice food.

The hotel is perfectly located but there are few things that could be improved there. It is like no passion is displayed in customer care (breakfast is awful and cappuccino the worst ever). It could be much nicer and much better maintained.

Everything other reviewers wrote was true! (they did fix the elevator light though:) I was there with a large group of people (probably the reason why the hotel was picked although there were other hotels in Pristina surely big enough). The hotel is absolute horror. Probably the worst I have ever been at. Positive: truly excellent location
