Friendly Staff and central hotel which was clean and welcoming. The staff were excellent with any advice and help and the central location offered us simple access to all the local sites. So very good except the elevator was not working while we were staying there and the climb to the 5th floor for breakfast was good exercise and a...

Hotel is very close to the city center. Road close to the hotel is very authentic - small workshops, hairdressers,... It is "as new", very clean, staff is very friendly. The only "problem" is mosque, which is very close and it will wake you up early in the morning (around 5 a.m.).

Efficient and friendly service at the multi-language speaking reception. Spacey, clean and air-conditioned room, TV, mini bar, big closet and great bathroom. Plentiful breakfast with lots of food and vegetables. In-house cafe with wide range of drinks and excellent espresso.

A generally quiet hotel which is not often full. Located on a hill in the city centre it has a slightly dated but charming appearance and many of the rooms have recently been refurbished. Its clean although not modern. Internet is sporadic which is unfortunate. The staff are very friendly and professional and always provide a warm welcome and good...

I keep returning to this place whenever I am in Pristina. Here you are always welcomed by stuff. Their smile and hospitality change your mood after long business day. Rooms are big and comfortable. During winter, which I experience by this visit, room could be cold and takes quite a wile to get heated. Generally, gives you necessary quiet zone...

Pros: good location, very friendly staff, good size room and bathroom, good mattress Cons: smelly bathroom, bed sheets are old and feel so, small variety at breakfast, particularly of fruits (during one week, no change whatsoever), no reliable refilling of minibar (small choice anyway), no light at desk

A 2-night business stay. Hotel functional and located about a 10-min walk from the central pedestrian zone. Room was clean and comfortable, if a bit dark. Staff very friendly and helpful.Wifi worked well in room, lobby and breakfast room / restaurant. Front desk will print boarding passes if you email them or simply use their computer. I'm not a big...

I stayed in this hotel in a room that has no direct sunlight and was cold most of the time, there is no individual heating and the central AC gets turned on only when the outside temperatures get real cold. This did not stop the next door houses from burning God knows what and the smoke from their chimney would...

I have been staying in he Ambassador for a week whilst on business in Pristina. Quite simply this is just a little gem. It is centrally located, very reasonably priced and serves a good breakfast. I have a lovely room which is like a little suite (room 22) and i have to say it is just brilliant. This is the...

If you are here on business or working it's the place, staff are really friendly, quiet comfortable rooms, breakfast is simple, main disadvantage is the walk up the hill from the City centre. Excellent value for money.
