Kismet Dao is perfect for travelling alone as you feel at home there as soon as you enter the door! Staff are super friendly, share their experience and knowledge with you and help or advise you wherever they can! Everything is clean, the dorm rooms are spacious and bright and you have a big locker right next to your bed....

Awesome location, right next to the old town. The staff we're great (especially Sebastian and Livia) they gave us the best recommendations on what to do with our time, where to go, what to eat, buses and trains etc and even gave us some Europe power adapters as we didn't have any. Free beer every night too!!!

This hostel is fantastic. The staff are really friendly, Sebastian in particular helped us out on our first day planning our trip - pointing out what were 'must see' and what could be missed. 24 hour reception means that you can come and go as you please, staff were never grumpy. All the recommendations given to us by Sebastian and...

We arrived tired and dehydrated and on meeting Sebastian were swiftly checked in and welcomed with a really friendly reception. We dumped our bags in our room - 'Snorers' which was like stepping into our own cozy Alpine abode and headed out for food; recommended by the hostel we went into town and ate at Ciucas - it was great!...

I've been travelling all over the planet for years. I have been in Eastern Europe for the last 10 years. This hostel is one of the best. The villa is just beautiful, the rooms big with few beds, big garden, location great, friendly staff. Definetelly the best hostel in Brasov. Ramon

Excellent and friendly staff, they are interested in making sure you have the best possible experience in Brasov and in the Hostel. The fourth night free deal is awesome and helps when you find that there is more to do in Brasov than you thought. The rooms are clean and the bathrooms are also. They have the detached shower heads(the...

Very nice friendly staff. Free beer for each night stayed. What more can you want? Extra beers were around €1 each. Nice socialising areas, good facilities. Free breakfast with coffee. One morning pancakes were cooked. 24hr hostel supervision 👍

We were there in winter holidays, it was —8 in Brashov ❄️ This is how hostel should look like: 1. It's warm. In fact, Kishmet is the only warm hostel we stayed during this winter trip (in other places we were freezing all the time) 2. You can full yourself with breakfast, the kitchen is always clean, everything you want...

I spent two nights in Brasov at this hostel. Given that it's mid-December it was pretty quiet. The atmosphere is really lovely. The hostel is very home-like, bright and cheery. The staff are welcoming and ready to give you touring advice or just to hang around and chat. Breakfast is included (cold cereal, coffee, and tea), and you get a...

We've been to this hostel for only a night but would have liked to stay a bit longer. The staff is really really nice and helpful. They want you to feel like if you were at home. The cleanest hostel I've seen with a lot of showers, toilets available and always clean. From the city center, you have to walk...
