We were pleasantly surprise when we entered the hotel. It was well appointed and in good condition.
It was located on the main town square.
The rooms were well appointed and comfortable. The amenities were fine. There was no tea making facilities. Aircon was adequate....More
A lovely hotel, about 20 rooms, exuding character throughout. Reckoned to be 400 years old but think it has been completely gutted and restored. We had 3 nights here with a `superior' room classed as a ground floor room but when door opened, there were...More
Unfortunately we did not have one of the best rooms (booked by our travel agent) having looked at their website, but the hotel is lovely, and very charming. Good and friendly reception staff - gorgeous restaurant downstairs, although the small attached bar shuts precisely at...More
Found this hotel on TA.......it was lovely. Old building on the main square but beautifully done. Our room was quite large and faced the square. Would have preferred walk-in shower but tub/shower combo was fine. Plenty of space for suitcases and clothing in large closet....More
My husband and I stayed in one of the suites for our honeymoon. It was a huge beautiful room with a large bathroom and windows that faced both the main square and the back alley. The hotel is very clean, feels high end, and you...More

The hotel has a couple of garages they charge for quite swiftly; apart from that you can use public parking for a couple of Euros per 24 hours, they are safe and at the same 5 minutes walk from the hotel as the garage.

There is no solution for parking at the hotel premises, as it is located in the city's central square. However, there is a paid parking 250m away on the same street, you will see a barrier there. The parking place costs an equivalent of 0.75 eur/hr and you don't get any discount when parking for several days/nights. Then you have another parking place 30m further down the street which is free. During the day, especially in the weekends, it's difficult to find an empty place there but during the late evenings that becomes possible. I left my car there for the night, with no problem.
