Old World elegance with a contemporary mindset and extremely professional, congenial and knowledgable staff. Fastidiously clean, cozy but well appointed rooms, comfortable, convenient to everything Brasov and charming. Great breakfast. Its unassuming entrance lends an air of mystery and exclusivity.
Overall a great stay. Hotel is directly across from the town square and Black Church, with amazing views. Great restaurants nearby and all the main sights are within a short walk. The main reason I'm not giving 5 stars is there is no room service,...More
The hotel is very well located, right opposite the pedestrian market area of the walled city. It is a very old building with very spacious guest rooms and a lovely old-world restaurant located in its cellar area.
There are supermarts and nice bookstores nearby too,...More
A nice room once I found the air-con hand control hiding in a cupboard - the access stairs were a real heart attack promoter !

The hotel has a couple of garages they charge for quite swiftly; apart from that you can use public parking for a couple of Euros per 24 hours, they are safe and at the same 5 minutes walk from the hotel as the garage.

There is no solution for parking at the hotel premises, as it is located in the city's central square. However, there is a paid parking 250m away on the same street, you will see a barrier there. The parking place costs an equivalent of 0.75 eur/hr and you don't get any discount when parking for several days/nights. Then you have another parking place 30m further down the street which is free. During the day, especially in the weekends, it's difficult to find an empty place there but during the late evenings that becomes possible. I left my car there for the night, with no problem.
