A clean hotel with a nice location, great work crew and great hospitality, really enjoyed staying there. This is the fourth visit to this hotel and I will visit again at the summer and winter. I wish him good luck.

Hotel is very nice,comfortable and clean. Rooms all are air conditioned and tidy. Pool is very clean and water pured. Food is quite good and delicious. All safety measures have been taken in the place. Generally, Hotel is very unique and all staff are very friendly and kind. I will repeat my visit again next summer if I have a chance when I have a holiday in Egypt. Difenitly,This Hotel will be my favourite destination next time.

I enjoyed the place very much. Mr Nabil the Food & Beverage Manager met us at the reception expressing care and hospitality and facilitated everything we needed to have a successful retreat meeting. All went fine, and we were treated to a delicious coffee break and lunch. All amenities were made ready for us to have a good business day. Thanks Aifu Resort. Planning to be back soon.

Aifu resort the best vacation for any family. They have a great service and big rooms, nice location and amazing view. The hospitality is great make us feel in our home. The staff special Mr. Nabil the F&B and his staff ( Ghada, Noorhan, Mohamed Moustafa. Handier and Yasser) the swimming pool staff (Moustafa). The front desk (Dina, Adam El enawy) they are all friendly and gave us a wonderful service. Even the security of this hotel and the house keeping was so so nice. The resort serve to the guest a complimentary breakfast including a lot of Egyptian and American food. All the food was healthy and very tasty. The presidential suit is amazing, huge space, nice beds, clean and have an air conditioning everywhere. I recommend this resort for all my friends and famil. Because they deserve more than five stars ✨. Finally, my family and I want to thank everybody at this resort

BB one night phone booking, what was promised was not fulfilled at all. Very Poor experience including lobby, staff, elevator, parking, customer service & care. Management is not even keen for customer’s complaints about booking promised services, no attitude for attention.

This is my third visit to Aifu resort and this time was extremely good, The hotel location is amazing, room view is awesome .. the room is very clean and the stuff was really helpful and kind and supportive specillay Mr.Nabil he is a great staff manager who assures that everyone is satisfied and all is good and how he is a careful person with the hotel clients and Khaled from room service too is an honest and active one, big thank you.. The breakfast and the food in general is so tasty and delicious.. the pool is very clean,and the pool stuff are very careful and so friendly with our kids .. It wont be the last time for sure ☺️ See you very soon 🤩
