Detailed Reviews
This hotel is an amazing location situated between the library and the citadel which creates some amazing views of the port and out to sea.
The hotel itself is less than basic, the room did not have a piece of furniture that was not broken or damaged.
The bathroom had no toilet roll or hose facilities as this was broken. The bath plug was stuck in, shower was impossible without soaking the whole room.
The staff were non existent so don't try and ask them anything. When we arrived the door was locked and it took 20mins of screaming to get someone to let us in.

My son and I lived in this hotel for 2 days in July 23. The hotel is located in a building on the 7th floor, there is an elevator (it’s better not to walk up the flight of stairs 😆 very unique)
The hotel itself occupies part of the 7th floor, you enter and the entrance image immediately changes to a cozy corridor. I couldn’t book through Booking, so we arrived without a reservation. The administrator (unfortunately I don’t remember the name) cordially showed the rooms and offered a room with a large terrace with a gorgeous view of the sea 🌊 and we immediately agreed
The rooms are not large, the furniture is certainly not entirely new, and the balcony was not closed. But then they fixed it. But the view from the terrace is something!
Overall, I was left with a pleasant impression. Polite and kind administrators helped us carry our suitcase in (the elevator wasn’t working for an hour), they didn’t refuse help, they prompted and explained. Check-out is at 12, the bus to the charm was late in the evening. We placed our suitcases in our room for the day before departure. Speak English
If I'm in Alexandria I will definitely repeat my stay here

2 weeks ago i went to Alexandria for a couple of days to relax and enjoy my weekend..i chose Abeer hotel as it has single rooms no sea view for 350 LE..i booked by phone 5 days before my arrival and i confirmed again 2 days prior arrival and i mentioned that i will be late as mu train should arrive from cairo at 4:30 pm, that was ok and i was promissed to have my room any time and i gave my name..
i arrived at 5 pm as mentioned and expected but i was surprised that they can't find my name, so there's no single room at the booked price..after discution and negociation they offered me a room with the same price with side sea view but without bathroom!!
that was something very necessary for me more than the sea view..i told them so and they told me that they can do nothing for me!! or the other option to pay for a double room sea view..which was over my budget
it was there fault and they didn't even want to give me any suitable room with the amount i booked with, even if it was there mistake to ignore my confirmed reservation..
i stayed for more than 3 hours to search for another safe and professional hotel after a long trip and hard day and with my heavy bag!!
unprofessional hotel with a heartless owner lady all she want is money!!

The hotel overlooks the beach right away
It has a huge balcony (which was impressive)
The furniture is nice (the bathroom wasn’t that good tho)
I really enjoyed looking at the beach
It’s in a good spot and close to everything
The people were nice and friendly
I dropped that star because of the privacy
There is no privacy at all cause the balcony was kind of shared with other people
And it’s not soundproof
I was able to hear the voice of people at other rooms
My window had no lock so I was uncomfortable
The tv at my room wasn’t working(I didn’t really care I’m not a tv fan)
Also there is no towels (just furniture)
