Detailed Reviews
The place was so good, Unexpected cleanness, Great Hospitality. There is 24/7 Security. Google Maps Mentioned free Wi-Fi but when I went there they told me that it's EGP 20 /Day.
Overall, I enjoyed my stay and the good breakfast

The place is easy to be found, next to Green Plaza Mall. The building looks old and dirty from outside. The reception is not looking good at all. The check-in was so fast. The room was not bad, needs major renovations. The AC was fine. The bathroom was very good. Sleep quality was very good.

First of all the hotel is 3 stars however you will not feel that you are in a low cost hotel,
The big advantage of being there that you are inside an entertainment center full of cafes or restaurants,
The hotel has breakfast only, however it's not a problem at all
There is a cinema and carrefour supermarket, 10 mins to the real way station and 10 mins to the airport,
Overall the hotel is good 80%

My first night was in a room that had bed bugs. Had to switch rooms due to cleanliness issues. Second room was a little cleaner! Breakfast was very limited in selections and quality of food. Room floor was not properly cleaned by house keeping. A/C was in a good working condition. Shower area flooded evertime I took a shower!

I stayed for two weeks, partly with two colleagues. The hotel is good. Rooms are Nice and clean. I do not suggest room108, one person room, that is very small. Breakfast is ok, staff very friendly. Location in Green Plaza good, all facilities nearby.
Internet not always working in your room, but if that's all......

This is quite an interesting place. Situated right in the middle of what is probably Alexandria's most popular shopping mall (Green Plaza), it provides acceptable basic services for those who won't be staying in their rooms for too long.
As a matter of fact; the hotel offers nothing than the rooms, but a small eating facility (not really a restaurant) that is open only for a neat - but not at all very sumptuous breakfast -. At all other times you can't get anything else except soft drinks (nothing hot) from the room service.
Still, this is really not that great of a problem since you can always resort to the multitude of cafes and fast food restaurants that are truly just a couple of footsteps away in the mall, most of which have their doors open from 10 a.m. until 1 after midnight.
For a hotel of this size, the rooms are surprisingly spacious (I have seen rooms much smaller in hotels much bigger) and come equipped with a decent assortment of satellite TV-Channels on a relatively small screen, a "functioning" air conditioner, a mini fridge that you need to fill on your own and beds that are as comfortable as you could expect them to be for less than $50 a night.
Check-in was efficient and friendly even though the registration card was posting an endless series of totally unnecessary questions and they insist that you have to fill out completely. That is probably not their fault but has rather to be attributed instead to the bureaucracy of Egyptian authorities.
All in all, I would recommend this hotel - as the title says - for business travelers and short term stays only.

the hotel is perfect for business trip or a "just a place to sleep in". it is not luxurious as it is a 3-star hotel but if you are (for some reason in that area of alex which is not really touristic) then it is the perfect stay (even over Hilton Green Plaza just next to it as you will only find one difference which is the TV channels and you will pay a lot more).
advantages:
1- inside Green Plaza which is a place full of services (i.e. cafes, restaurants, shops... etc) and close to CityCenter Mall which is so far the best mall in Alex.
2- quite and cozy
3- staff are very friendly and helpful
4- free parking
disadvantages:
1- no room luxury i.e empty mini bar, no kettle... etc.
2- no room view
3- no TV Variety and poor signal (assume there is no TV)
4- no alcohol
5- no business center
