We spent a week at this hotel in December. For the price we paid it was excellent value, the staff were all efficient, helpful and friendly and we liked the overall atmosphere. The reception staff were lovely, especially Faisal who organised our Sahara trip, changed money, offered us a choice of rooms etc. The hotel bar and restaurant are open...

Stayed at the Kaiser which on the whole was not to bad. they have improved their bathrooms new tiling etc.must say that the water power is really fantastic and there is always plenty of hot water. The beds all have new matresses which were rather firm for my liking. The food was a little boring...

“clean, nice maid. Never enough towels sign to not take to beach of poor quality take my own for swimming. bought loo roll as theirs never enough. Rooms on roadside nice as sea view but traffic 24 hrs noisy main road into sousse from kantaoui. prefer rooms poolside, restaurant on 5th. lifts bit hit and miss. Regulars go here as convenient, pool small child's section filthy, no loo rolls light in toilets by pool or snack bar, men's toilet in bar filthy partner and child chose to return to room. ”
