This is a lovely hotel hidden away from the bustle outside. Rooms are a good size with a great bathroom. Needed medical help and the staff were fantastic and arranged an English speaking doctor. They were fantastic.

This is a nice hotel in the centre of Mandalay. As reviewers have already mentioned it's a little bit of an oasis in the city once you drive under the arch. There is a nice pool and breakfast in the hotel is pretty god. The standard fare in such hotels in Myanmar with a nice egg station, fruit, juice, breads...

Set in the interior of a city block, a lovely retreat from the bustle of the town. Surrounded by trees with a pool accented by bamboo and serenaded with bird calls. Attentive service, adequate breakie. All in all a very nice stay.

Getting to our room was interesting, need to walk up a flight of stairs to get to the elevator then when on the correct floor need to walk down a flight of stairs!!! Entrance to hotel down an alleyway. Room comfortable, breakfast provided a lot of good choices, staff helpful and friendly. Swimming pool water on the cold side; all...

Great location: close to the southeast corner of the old palace. Located inside the middle of a city block with wonderful plantings of tall trees, therefore the hotel is very quiet, it feels very restful. Nicely appointed rooms, tasty food in the restaurant; a swimming pool ‘guarded’ by stone elephants.

i had a single room so it was a bit small but with comfortable, nice bathroom, but the best reason to stay here is the location in a very busy street but at the end of a courtyard and very quiet absolutely isolated from the city... breakfast is ok and the swimming pool has a decent size... downside : too...

Room was clean and reasonably spacious, bathroom was good. Pool was great, cool and secluded. Large selection for breakfast and many small good local restaurants nearby. Excellent value for money, great location in the city centre

This hotel has good value for money; right in city centre, close to good restaurants (2 min cap drive at 2-3 usd), close to palace and quite as the hotel is placed a it away from the street. For those that think super clean hotel is important.....well there you are this place you can eat from the floor. Staff is...

Rooms are small, but clean and comfortable. Bathroom is ok. Breakfast was good, lots of selection. Spent 2 nights here but didn't have time to check out the pool or other amenities. Location is in the city centre. There's a couple of small local restaurants immediately beside the hotel and there's a large wholesale and retail market about 5 minutes...

I have read a few other reviews here and a bit surprised by some of the comments. I know there are several types of rooms: Suite, Deluxe, Superior and Economy (checked out the website when reserving). My friend and I had the Superior (two beds) and it was a great room. Nicely decorated. Good size, loved the big closet where...
