We had a room out back which was very very dark and a little run down.
It certainly has nothing luxury at all not that we expected luxury for that price anyway.
A real let down was the breakfast.

A very clean rooms in separate villas and bungalows.very central,just walking distance to riverside(full of restaurants) and night market.I like such a central places but others may do not like early morning noisy market.
