The price is good compared to other places (90'000kip/double room), the room seemed clean, but it was impossible to sleep at night because of a kid that screams and is left to scream every night, a barking dog that runs around with its chain and the owners upstairs that move and drop stuff very loudly. No room service, regardless of... More

Had a great time with the staff and two friends. Cooked us dinner on one of the nights we stayed and gave us great advice about the to dos. Two minute walk from the night market and close to anything else! Even took us bowling with them that was loads of fun! Best shower we've had in Southeast Asia and... More

Our stay at Kongkham Guest House was the worst stay we've ever had. Clearly 2 young boys have just decided to open up a hotel with absolutely no clue of how it's actually done. They have more interest in getting drunk and sleeping. They can't speak/understand any English so any help you need/questions/complaints you have our pointless. We arrived and... More

The rooms looked very fine for the offered 100,000 kip rate. However, when we arrived to check in on the day of our stay, our booking was suddenly gone because the... More

After staying at the Villa Philaylack for three nights, we decided to find something a bit "closer to the action," and with a balcony view of the Mekong. Following a meal at one of our favorite river-view restaurants, we checked to see if one of the two balcony rooms at the Kongkham Guesthouse was available. We were happy to get... More
