Very good value and great location. From there you can walk to tourist attractions you have many different choice of restaurants , bars and bakeries. The close by night market is nice but mainly for tourists anyway it's a nice place to find souvenirs. Friendly and helpful staff, they can assist you for booking a motorbike, a taxi or a... More

Villa Saykham is located very centrally on the peninsular in a side street to the main road, so it is perfectly located for all sightseeing / tourist activities in Luang Prabang as well as plenty of good restaurants in walking distance. The rooms are very clean with wooden floors and have a good size. Breakfast is simple but good -... More

The hotel looks a bit disappointing when you arrive, but once through reception the buildings in which the rooms are housed are much nicer and quieter. It's near everything in Luang Prabang and there are plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby (we liked Big Tree). Breakfast is basic but adequate and served in the courtyard. Laundry was great value and... More

The villa is located almost perfect for activities in Luang Prabang. The spacious rooms are situated in the well developed and designed garden behind the entrance building, so no disturbance through streetnoise. The staff is very friendly and very willing to solve requests from guests. The breakfast is not extensive but sufficient.

We were very happy with the place. Friendly staff and very clean. The breakfast was minimalist, but sufficient for us. The front building (reception) is heritage and doesn't look much appealing, but behind there is a new building with plenty rooms.

Located on a quiet street away from the hustle-bustle, yet very close to the bustling night market and river front. Very good breakfast, lovely rooms and a good wifi. Whats more, very helpful staff. Avoid the ground floor rooms - though the upper floors dont have much of a view, they are better off especially when it rains... its also... More

This hotel was booked by our tour and we stayed here 3 nights. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here. The bedroom was a good size, modern with lovely dark wood decor, clean and a nice bathroom. Breakfast was very good and was served in a very peaceful courtyard in the centre of the hotel, fruit, bread and eggs made to... More
