We did not stay in the hotel, but called in for dinner one evening. There was a mixed French and Lao feel to the menu with a good range of choices available. The staff were helpful and the service was good. The food was lovely and well presented. The atmosphere was pleasant with a choice of inside or outside dining.

We stayed here on our first night in Luang Prabang, the hotel is on the river and really close to all the restaurants in town. Our room was on the ground floor next to reception so was a bit noisy with people coming & going. The room was ok & good value, it was clean & comfortable. Breakfast was served...

i stayed in the wooden part, very noisy, you could hear everything your neighbours say of did, rather expensive comparing to other hotels, location is good but so are most hotels as luang prabang is small, breakfast was poor: old croissants, unfriendly restaurantstaff. wifi is good, room rather outdated, bathroom could use a renovation.

Located right on the bank of the Khan River with beautiful rustic view of rural Lao, and yet just a short walk to Luang Prabang town centre. Good cleanliness and very friendly and helpful staff. The hotel structure is a heritage building, therefore the facilities are not like those in a modern building. Recommendation: request for a room that is...

Once arrived he gave very good advices where to go with very well explanations how. Very impressive. Room is clean up to our expectation. Breakfast provided (inclusive). Good location not far from 'dark market'....

The hotel is well-situated: by the river & close to restaurants and must-see places (temples etc). We stayed in the wooden rooms beside the main building. The rooms are big and clean. The staff can be warmer or friendlier...but maybe they are just shy. Wifi is spotty. Breakfast can also be improved. It is very very simple.

This hotel is centrally placed on Luang Prabang peninsula overlooking the Nam Khan River with wonderful scenery beyond. I chose a peaceful standard double room which was at the rear of the hotel with windows overlooking neighbouring buildings. My reason for this was all front rooms, despite lovely views, face the street which can be busy with motorcycles and cars....

Saynamkhan River View hotel is located as its name implies on Saynamkhan river which is a tributary to the Mekong. The confluence of two rivers is less than half a mile away. The location of the hotel is excellent. It is less than 3 minutes walk to the entrance of steps taking you up Phousi Mount, and 5 or 10...

A great hotel with excellent, friendly staff. The room was clean and very big and everything worked perfectly with no problems. Breakfast is a choice of a western or Asian set menu and comes with fruit and juice. The hotel also let us park our motorcycles round the back in a car park with a locked gate so this was...
